The property comes fully equipped with all your essentials and more. Deep cleaning is undertaken in between all bookings. Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Unwind in our beautiful village in this lovely well appointed apartment with fabulous views. Close to the Vale of Belvoir with its miles of foot/cycle paths and Belvoir Castle with it shopping complex and a number of places to eat. Enjoy the local towns and their enthralling history, from the Romans through the Vikings and the civil war to WW2 bomber history. Being 1.5 miles from the A1 makes it an easy area to find and enjoy.

Relaxing, warm, quiet & cosy !

The Wash house is a beautiful detached stone built countryside retreat perfect for couples. It was built around the 1850’s along with many other properties in the village by the Brownlow family, and in the day it was used for the villagers to come and wash. It sits within our garden, enjoying far reaching views, in a conservation village, with a super village church again enjoying the Lincolnshire countryside views.

Self contained annexe in a rural setting between Dry Doddington and Stubton. Nearest town is Newark with good access to A1, A17 and A46. Fresh milk, bread and butter plus a selection of cereals for diy breakfast. Tea and coffee also in cupboards. No bus service as very rural with great walks. Only microwave as no hob/cooker. Huge grass garden with picnic bench. WiFi is patchy as Satellite based from main house.

Absolutely beautiful house and perfect host. location was stunning. first time we've taken our dogs away and they loved it and were nice and secure. We had some lovely walks around the area. only thing I would change would be the sofa as was to low back for us (just personal preference) and add a mirror to the bedroom. We will definitely be back and have recommended to our friends. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home 🏡

We really enjoyed our stay to visit family. The bungalow is really comfortable and we felt right at home. Very clean and quiet in a nice area. Lovely light conservatory, plenty of room. We liked the garden as it was secure for our little dog and nice to sit out in the sun. Great shower and comfortable sofas. We would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. Good spot with a good pub nearby. It’s a large studio with a double bed, sofa and kitchenette and a large separate shower room. Had everything we needed (including easy to control heating, a tv with all the streaming services and an Apple smart speaker; beers and milk in the fridge) and was well priced.
