Huset er veldig godt utstyrt. Vi hadde alt som var nødvendig for å lage middag til familie på 6. Det er også en veldig fin hage ved huset med mulighet til grilling. Huset ligger i en rolig strøk, med hyggelige naboer og et lite bakeri. Vi hadde 10 fine dager hvor vi kunne bruke dagene til å reise og å se de mest berømte plassene for deretter å returnere til en koselig, privat plass uten byens bråk. Det er kanskje en fordel å ha en bil når man bor såpass «på bygda». Vi kommer til å huske lukten fra eucalyptusskogen og fin fuglesang på morgenene. Verten Joana er veldig omtenksom og hyggelig. Det er laget et oversikt over diverse steder i Medas som er verdt å besøke. Hun var alltid rask til å svare på hvilket som helst spørsmål. Det er absolut verdt til å tilbringe ferien i det gule huset i Medas. Kjempe hyggelig sted.

Emília was extremely friendly and responsive. We were three couples who went to a wedding nearby and Emilia was flexible with the check in and check out - we could arrive 1 hour earlier even though we were late at the end and ended up checking in just 15min before the standard hour. Also for the check out, knowing we would probably be tired after the party, she let us check out later because she didn’t have any bookings after ours - we didn’t do it but having the option shows the great host Emilia is. She was there for the check in and check out in a blink of an eye-one message away to be precise. There’s a private parking where three cars easily fit. The rooms are big, the living room and outdoor space are incredible to relax and get together, the kitchen is extremely well prepared to receive guests. The house is well decorated and bring a sense of peace . Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to enjoy the place to the fullest but I wholeheartedly recommend Emilia’s place.

Manuel et Christine sont très accueillant, généreux, disponible et de bons conseils. Maison idéal pour 8 personnes avec une salle de bain et toilettes par chambres. Extérieure très agréable et situation idéal (20 minutes de Porto.)

Our stay was excellent! Elsa was over the top in every way! We had a gift of wine and custard tarts when we got there, Elsa arranged a reservation at an amazing restaurant and she responded quickly to any inquiry. Would definitely come back to this beautiful sanctuary.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour : maison très grande, parfaitement équipée et extrêmement propre. Notre hôte a été toujours disponible et accueillante. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin. Prévoir une marche de 10 mn jusqu'au métro pour aller dans le centre de Porto. maison à recommander.

nous avons adoré !! nous avions 2 bébés et 2 grands, tous le monde y a trouvé son compte. c'était très veau, bien meublé. merci infiniment. Le vin blanc délicieux et la soirée avec le chef a domicile super!!!

Wir waren einen Monat im Haus und sehr zufrieden. Rita und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und bei kleinen Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Das Haus ist sauber und wir haben viel unternommen. Danke, es war sehr schön.

I had a great stay in Porto at Sarah‘s place! Not only was it easy to find, but in addition to a garage spot, there was lots of parking right outside of the building. It’s located super close to a shopping mall and all forms of public transportation, making it very easy to get to the city center or anywhere else you would like to visit. It was easy to get inside and it felt very safe because not only was there a doorman, but you had to use magnetic entry with your key to get into the building. As a solo female traveler, this makes me feel very safe. The hosts were super responsive and always willing to answer questions, and provided great recommendations in our communication. The apartment was pristine and so comfortable, I wish I could stay longer! I would definitely book this again if I find myself back in Porto! Thank you for agreat stay!

We had a great stay and the apartment is walk distance from the river. We would recommend the place to a family weekend get away and the host is very friendly and helpful.

Eine sehr gute Unterkunft, in der die ganze Gruppe sich wohl gefühlt hat. Kamen zum Check-In spät an aber mit guter Kommunikation war ein flexibler Check-In möglich. Die Unterkunft war sauber und bietet genug Platz für 7 Personen. Immer wieder gerne!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette vaste maison à la vue imprenable sur la vallée (ça va nous manquer). La maison est très grande vous n’y serez pas l’étroit, ni dans la piscine d’ailleurs ! Tout est à disposition dans la location pour passer de très bonnes vacances., le tout décoré avec soin. La literie est récente et très agréable (rare dans une location). Et enfin Un très très grand merci à notre hôte Catia qui a su répondre à tous nos petits tracas perso (j’ai retrouvé mes clés de voiture😀) Vous l’aurez compris je ne peux que vous conseiller d’y séjourner A bientôt Stéphane

Claudia and her husband were exceptional hosts, always just a phone call away and incredibly helpful. Their responsiveness and warm hospitality significantly enhanced my stay, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to experience the best of northern Portugal. Lovely apartment, spacious and well equipped. The river views from the balcony and all the main rooms were stunning. Luis was really helpful with lots of suggestions about eating places and sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again.

We really loved our time at Juliana's apartment. Modern, clean and spacious. Master bath was perfect, beds were comfortable and we felt very safe. The outdoor space is better than expected and we enjoyed wine and snacks every night after our daily adventures. Easily walkable to the city center, the sites of Porto and many restaurants and cafes. We will stay next time we visit!

Comfortable apartment with all the basics plus a washer and dryer—much needed after 10 days of travel! Short walk to beach and metro stop. Lidl and Continente close by as well as many small markets. We enjoyed exploring Matosinhos and trying local restaurants and pastelarias. Some great little museums too. Fernando was a kind and patient host who made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this AirBnb stay.

Dejlig lejlighed med godt køkken og badeværelse. Stort soveværelse med god seng - fik efter ønske to dyner. Altanen med dens udsigt er fantastisk både om dagen og aftenen. Beliggende i et "lokalt" kvarter i Gaia med mange cafeer og restauranter. Busser og metro lige uden for døren. Det samme med hop on and off busser. God kommunikation med udlejer, der skrev næsten dagligt med god ankomst instruks, velkomst hilsen, forslag til ture/ting at se og afrejsehilsen. Lige nu larm fra byggeplads. Vi kunne savne en læselampe i stuen sammen med loftslyset. Det er en lejlighed, vil meget gerne vil vende tilbage til.

C’était un vrai plaisir de séjourner chez Daniel pendant un long week-end de 4 jours. Daniel est vraiment une personne adorable et il a fait tout ce qu’il pouvait pour rendre notre voyage agréable: il nous a conseillé des restos, une plage, une location de vélo, un atelier de céramique, il nous a expliqué comment rejoindre l’aéroport en métro…toujours disponible et super gentil. Il organise des tours en dehors de Porto aussi. L’appartement, très propre, est super bien situé, près de petits bars et restos, bus et métro. Petites remarques mais sans conséquences sur la qualité du lieu : La piscine n’est pas privée mais est accessible à plusieurs appartements. Le logement convient mieux à un couple car le lit du salon est moyennement confortable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Adriano, qui est un hôte à l’écoute et très serviable. Nous le remercions chaleureusement d’avoir été aussi disponible pour nous aider. Par ailleurs, l’appartement est à la fois moderne, très agréable et tenu impeccablement ! La plage est à deux pas, toutes les conditions sont réunies pour passer de très bonnes vacances : nous recommandons !!
