Between Porto and “Alto Douro Wine Region”, both classified as UNESCO World Heritage, “Quinta da Agraceira” is a magnificent property with 50.000 m2. You can enjoy a unique view over the Douro River, just from 10 kms from Porto city. The property has also an 18th century manor, with a beautiful chapel, a swimming pool and lush vegetation, you can visit Porto and, at the same time, enjoy the beautiful tranquillity of Douro River country side. With more than a hundred species of camellias (more than 200 years old), and old chestnut trees, along other species, is truly a unique place. The historical centre of Porto was classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and Porto has been elected “European Best Destination 2017” (the third time that the city receives this distinction). With its special charm, simultaneously modern and authentic, Porto has many things to offer: monuments, architecture, cultural heritage, cultural life, museums, esplanades and other open air leisure spaces as well as green spaces, along river bank and sea shore. At night, you can also find entertainment and leisure at its bubbling streets, esplanades and bars. To the north you find the Douro Valley - recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage since 2001 and the oldest demarcated wine region of the world (since the Roman occupation, for some 2.000 years). It is also a must-see! Douro Valley cultural landscape of outstanding beauty is “representative of the full range of activities association with winemaking – terraces, quintas (wine-producing farm complexes), villages, chapels, and roads”. Its main product, since the 18th century, port wine, is world famous. Can access: the swimming pool which has a small fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and full bathroom; to the river using the available kayaks or fishing because there is an ancient anchorage; gardens and paths within the farm; free parking We live in the main house of the farm and we are happy to help in any way we can! We want to ensure a memorable stay! Avintes is a historic village with a river beach and a small center served by several restaurants and shops. It's home to an excellent biological park and a zoo, while the center of Gaia and Porto are around 10-15 minutes away. There is public transport 1km from the Quinta entrance. However, it is recommended to use your own car. You can park inside the property.

20 minutes from the center of Porto, spacious and serene accommodation. 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet with fridge, wifi office area, cupboard and TV, air conditioning Salt 10x5 swimming pool with outdoor dining area, barbecue, possibility to make wood-fired pizzas, made by myself (for minimum 4 pizzas payment €20 per pizzas and beyond 6 pizzas €18 extra to be paid to the owner ) , washing machines. Tennis, billiards, foosball, ping pong, billiards etc...

Green Box is for those with an adventures spirit, perfect for 2 people and for short stays. Train station Suzao at 3min walking distance, with direct trains to Porto center. Breakfast available but not included.

Lomba's house

Measuring approximately 60m2, the house has two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed. Max. 4-6 guests. Everything was built and designed to maintain a country house decor, focused on comfort and details. 1500 m2 of private property, with swimming pool, garden and outdoor area. Whether it's relaxing under the river bank next to the house, sunbathing in the pool area, in the deck dining/leisure area, at a meal with the grill or in pure contemplation anywhere on the property.

Comfortable, our house is a great place to disconnect and enjoy a peaceful stay alone or with family. Very nice, both in summer and winter. Equipped with a wood-burning stove.
