Besides being a cozy house, it provides a connection to nature, observation of cattle in the pasture and birds, feeling the energy of the beautiful sunset of this place!! The 330 m2 house is located in the municipality of Gonçalves - MG, 4.5 km from the center, which is part of the Serra da Mantiqueira. It is at an altitude of 1,400 m, which provides spectacular views of mountains, Pedra do Baú, the lagoon located on the property, etc. It has a wine cellar in the basement.
