All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

A great house with stunning architecture and furnishings. The surrounding nature is peaceful and beautiful. We had a surreal experience in the outdoor jacuzzi, surrounded by forest. On arrival, we were welcomed with a bottle of red wine and treats for the kids. They loved the play area, which had books, board games, and a PS5. The fireplace added a cozy touch to the evening atmosphere. The host was very responsive and helpful. That said, there are a few downsides. The property isn’t fenced, and the main road is quite close, something not shown clearly in the photos. With several kids, we had to stay alert. There’s also a steep cliff next to the jacuzzi. The rope fence there is purely decorative and doesn’t offer real safety for small children. In summary, the listing photos don’t make it clear that the house isn’t fully secluded. The shots are taken with the road always behind the photographer. These comments might be nitpicking, but considering the price I think it’s justified.

La signora Vesna è stata molto carina e disponibile. Ci ha aspettato senza problemi nonostante avessimo tardato un po' per il traffico, ci ha fatto trovare anche da bere e preparato il caffè la mattina. È stata veramente gentile e ospitale. La Posizione era ottima per noi, essendo di passaggio. Grazie Vesna

Very tranquil location over looking a lake and mountains. The apartment was spacious and clean. Just the right interlude for our small family between beach trips to Italy and Dalmation Coast. Thanks specifically to Damir’s daughter Anna Marie for being such a gracious host.
