Beautiful studio furnished and arranged with taste and quality, all with a magnificent view of the Bay of Nice! Particularly well located for shops and walks in Cape Town: everything can be done on foot. Too bad the environment is noisy, sometimes very early in the morning. Jean-Pierre and Yvette are charming hosts and provide very good advice.

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. Super sweet host. Very quick to answer questions. Check in and check out were quick and smooth.

A proper home. Wonderful, spacious apartment. Beautiful shutters that allowed a cool through breeze. Great location. Quiet. Comfortable beds! And a very thoughtful and generous host. So lovely, she left a delicious bag of baby cakes for our toddler upon arrival, alongside milk, butter, bread and other goodies.

Six weeks stay in this lovely apartment was best holiday ever. Place was excellent and we enjoyed every second. I can recommend this beautiful apartment and location to all who want to enjoy nice time in beautiful Cote d’Azu. Service was excellent and hosts were so nice and helpful. Great view and impressive location. Beautiful terraces and balconies. The passing train hardly disturbed. Two beaches within 10-15 minutes' walking distance. The direct path down to the beach, which apparently once existed, is unfortunately no longer accessible. Very pleasant stay.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

This was the best Air Bnb I've ever stayed in, Christophe and Deborah couldn't do enough for us. We were a family of four with small kids and the location and accommodation was ideal. Thank you both for a brilliant holiday.

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

We stayed 3 nights at the house, the host Pierrick was very friendly and super helpful. The house was perfect and well-equipped in every respect. The 4 rooms were comfortable and well laid out. The heating was great. The jacuzzi is a real treat! A place we'd love to come back to.

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. Will most certainly be back to enjoy this comfortable apartment and everything that Antibes has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place to stay in Antibes. Having a separate living space downstairs was very useful as we had a young child. Views are wonderful.

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

The four of us spent a week in Christophe's apartment and were completely satisfied. The view is just beautiful. We would come back anytime. Thank you

Absolutely perfect! We stayed long enough in the apartment, and it was functional, pleasant, optimized and extremely well located facing the port of Saint Laurent du Var. Berta was available, accommodating and very kind. I would 100% recommend the accommodation.

We really enjoyed staying at Clara's apartment. The complex and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The amenities were completely sufficient for us and everything was available to have a relaxing stay. We hope to be able to come back😊.

Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely stay here again; you are a block off the water in Antibes, with tons of restaurants and shopping just a couple minutes away. Access to the place is easy, it's quite spacious and comfortable, and has all the necessities for a week spent in-town. Would definitely stay here again!

Willy was very responsive to any questions proposed. His place was very clean and the stairs as seen in the air bandb photos were not an issue for me. There are rails to hold onto as you ascend/descend, as the stairs are steep. The area was very peaceful and close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Anything you may need or want, including the beach was in close proximity. Great stay !

The place was as comfortable as my home! The view was really good, and the heating was very good. The kitchen was fully equipped with a variety of tableware, so it was nice to cook by yourself:) The garage was also accessible, pleasant, and had privacy and safety! In particular, the host was so kind that I felt good from check-in to check-out! The pool was also pleasant to use and the view is great I highly recommend this place!

Really lovely stay. Sam was great and very welcoming. Lovely apartment. Great views and fabulous location close to everything. Surrounded by excellent restaurants ranging from cafes to Michelin stars. Wonderful.
