A few minutes from tons of hiking and Goldwater lake for fishing and kayaking. At over 6,200 feet of elevation enjoy the fresh air and cooler temperatures. Perfect location to unwind and enjoy viewing the abundant wildlife. Large deck with a grill and outdoor table for al fresco dining and enjoying the amazing weather. Perfect family getaway.

Mel is an excellent host. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb’s in the Prescott area and this was our favorite. It truly felt like home and we did not want to leave. I appreciated Mel’s upfront communication even warning us of a prescribed burn in the area that could result in a smoky smell (it ended up not being an issue but the communication was great). This place is clean and comfortable. It is a very short drive to town. The character of the home was so neat and we really enjoyed 3 king size beds. We can’t wait to return!

Genuinely appreciate all of the effort Sandi put into the house for her guest. By far the most prepared house. Clean pots and pans. Seasonings and sandwich bags. Clean linens and soft beds that are comfortable. Grills with gas ready to use. Overall an amazing place to stay close to downtown Prescott. Watching the deer and Javalina walk through the property was awesome. I spent most of my time on the balcony watching the birds and trees. This place was extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing. This one truly is 5 stars.

The Stone House / Creekside / Downtown Prescott

This house is a gem. It has been updated but retains the natural charm of an older home built into the surroundings. The home is off a major arterial, but you would never know it because we saw great horned owls every night, all kinds of other birds, and a bobcat! We were traveling with our dogs and they were at peace as were we. The primary bedroom feels like a treehouse as you look up at the sky and trees. The outdoor "living room" is where we spent most of our time - it is private and wooded. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals and the bathrooms were clean and well supplied (more towels than people - I wish every rental was like that). We have family in Prescott and this will be our "home" when we are visiting. Highly recommend!

This cabin is just the place for you and the family with kiddos! We spent the weekend for Father’s Day with our 2.5 year old and even with the stairs it was wonderful! All the things you could think of needing were there- toys, games, puzzles, books and even a baby monitor (which we forgot). The pictures actually don’t even do justice how large and comfy the couch living area and kitchen dining area is! Perfect for a family group! We have three of us and there was PLENTY of space for more. The decor is so well done and you can tell so much heart was put into this Airbnb! Would definitely go back! Recommend to anyone debating booking- just do it!

The Carriage House was the perfect weekend getaway with my husband. The house and surroundings were beautiful. Laura has done a great job with all the extra touches. We loved the cozy living room with the fireplace and serene patio. The expresso maker was a nice touch too. ☕ We also enjoyed all the deer that walked through the woods in the morning. We highly recommend!
