It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

I would be happy to welcome you to my stylish and bright apartment on the 2nd floor, which I have put a lot of heart and soul into. There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room, 1 large bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a dining and working area. Please note: no kitchen. Kitchen is currently under construction. Coffee + tea is free. Fridge, microwave, coffee and kettle available. 2 baby travel cribs including bed linens are provided.

Emir always responds super quickly to questions. During the stay, the refrigerator unexpectedly broke, Emir immediately and easily provided a replacement.

Had a wonderful time in the apartment of our hospitable host Bernd and his wife. Everything was available and wonderfully clean. Beautiful balcony by the private room, but we also had the opportunity to enjoy the view and a drink on Bernd's terrace. The deer in the meadow above the house and at the end of the street made it complete.

Miriam is very accommodating and super friendly. The place is quietly located. It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Miriam provided us with all the information we needed to find the house and how to check in. There was a very delicious breakfast that was brought to us and set up by Miriam to the second. Communication was very clear and we got answers to all questions within minutes. CONCLUSION: We will 100% come back and would recommend the Maison de la Sauer to anyone who would like to take a break in beautiful Alsace. Kind regards & many thanks to Miriam

Sigrid welcomed me warmly and is also extremely accommodating and super warm and friendly as a host. She immediately creates a welcoming feeling and is available quickly and always happy to answer any questions. The self-designed apartment exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and the good amenities convinced me and made me feel absolutely comfortable. I didn't miss anything. The proximity to the supermarket and the city as well as to nature make the location in the city something special. I felt very comfortable during my stay and despite the shortness of my stay, a feeling of arrival and being at home set in. I will definitely want to stay with Sigrid as a guest again in the future.
