She is newly renovated, whilst retaining her traditional and charming authentic self she has been thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. By day enjoy in friends, couples or family fun time in a game of backyard finska, by night chats and giggles by the fire pit or watch your favourite Netflix series and then cozy up in a comfortable bed.

Mabel (who we blame for most things) is often nearby. On weekends, the cellar door is open. A little rugged, slightly offbeat, and better for it.

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.

Set on the edge of a national park, there are lots of walks & bike riding trails around. You are welcome to pat, feed and play with the horses. There are also push bikes and fishing rods you can use.

Step inside and you will be greeted with a large open-plan layout. There are 2 bedrooms - on the left we have 2 King Single beds with a stereo system, and on the right, we have 1 x brand new Queen bed with a 32" TV.
