My mom’s stay with Milton and Elizabeth was amazing! The space is carefully curated to feel just like home. Everything you need. It was perfect and the hosts were so accommodating and kind. I will definitely book here first when in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect ! Set in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet only about 25 minutes from the beach. It was a great distance for exploring and enjoying different activities without being in the middle of all the noise. We truly loved everything about our stay and would absolutely come back again. Janet was great with communication and responded super fast! We asked if we could check in a bit early and even leave our luggage after checkout to go get breakfast! She was so sweet and wonderful! The house was as described very nice! I would definitely stay there again!

The host was amazing—super responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet there were plenty of things to do just a short walk or drive away. My partner and I live in the same neighborhood as this home. We had a number of friends in town for a week and not enough beds for everyone, so we reserved Derek's place as a "guest house". This will now be our go-to plan for anytime we have company - it worked perfectly! This home is an absolute gem. The front porch is such a nice place for morning coffee or chatting with others. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. (I can put up with a lot from a vacation rental, but if the beds and bath aren't up to my standards, nothing can make up for that. No such worries at this place!) We could not have been happier with Derek's level of communication and helpful info, both before and during our friends' stay. We love having this home and our neighborhood and Derek is a very conscientious property owner and host. We will definitely continue to make use of this beautiful home for our next gathering of friends and family. Thank you, Derek!

Can’t say enough, good things about this house. Beautiful location, squeaky, clean throughout, plenty to do. Wasn’t sure about staying on a lake in Florida because of possibility of alligators. This lake is one of the cleanest lakes I’ve ever seen. We swam, we used their kayaks, and spent a whole day just floating out there. It is also a very quiet lake at least as long as we were there. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, and asked if we should go get some and within an hour, they brought them to us. Service was outstanding. If I ever go back to Miami, I am definitely coming back here.

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

We have had an excellent time. The apartment is small, but well equipped, with everything we needed. The location was also great for us, who were driving. We stayed 3 days and we can only thank you

Joshua's airbnb was an absolute gem. Clean, bed was very comfortable and in a fantastic location. (close to the beach) Walking distance to many restaurants, publix, Walgreens, etc. Joshua was a superb host. When ever I had questions he was quick to respond. Our stay was phenomenal. I was celebrating my birthday and Joshua had the place beautifully decorated. We had a great time and would definitely return.

The view was stunning. The balcony is pretty big. You get to see views of the river, the pool and a little bit of the ocean. Checking in was easy. The apartment was clean. The property is very close to the brickell city centre mall and there were many nice restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

Gina was a great host. Her property was cute and cozy and the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Her and her team were not only responsive but super friendly. The private outdoor area was a great addition to the property. We hung out outside and enjoyed the great Miami weather. Though we did not use it, there was also a barbecue available. Would definitely recommend booking!

The first thing that stood out once booking was completed was kash’s communication. He was very responsive from the time of booking to the time of check out. Everything was beautiful and spotless even down to the amenities where food can be brung to you while sitting aside the pool. And last but not least the location is amazing and close to everything you need. Thank you for this amazing experience. We will definitely be booking again!

The place was amazing and much more spacious than the pictures showed. Amenities were 10/10!! Elevators were a bit slow but it was a lot of floors so I understand. Highly recommend

Jo and Cynthia's lovely place is in a perfect location and is just beautiful. It's on the 19th floor, which took my fear of heights to its limit, but it was worth it. Very friendly hosts and always available. Plan on returning next time we are in Miami!

The apartment is very nice and very well decorated and cared for. It has everything you need to spend a vacation. It's super accessible and the view from the balcony is the best. The people in the lobby were cordial and friendly with us at all times. Without a doubt, we would choose lobby again. Thank you very much!

Very happy with my stay here. Lovely clean place, good shower, huge bathtub, tanned by the pool, you can catch sun till 5-6pm. Building is super lux, right next to cipriani and socialista which is nice. Slept good, very soundproof apartment. Would stay again!

I had a great time at Montse's condo with my family! The check in process was easy and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Montse was quickly responsive to questions and welcoming. The condo itself was immaculate and stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need for your stay. We loved the pool and amenities! Having garage parking was very convenient as well. Only downside was it was a bit loud at night, but that is expected for summer in Miami! Thank you Montse!
