Loved the location. Perfect beach getaway with easy walk to the ocean and the entertainment district.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Alfonso’s beautiful cottage. It was quiet, private, peaceful, clean, and overall exceeded our expectations. Alfonso is a great host and responds within minutes. I forgot my daughter’s earring and he allowed me to come back to retrieve it. Very understanding and flexible. The outstanding customer service was highly valued and appreciated. Would definitely recommend this air bnb to others.

Rick’s place had all the comforts of home but with the feeling of getting away from it all!! It is like a relaxing oasis and we will definitely be back! Impeccably clean too. Rick could not have been more friendly or accommodating. A great place to relax and stay!! Five stars!

Wonderful stay at this idyllic location - it's like you're living in your own secluded natural paradise. But then you walk a few minutes and you're in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging round the swimming pool and our visiting baby turtles in the lake! There are fantastic restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Toni was very responsive and check-in went smoothly. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and is comfortably furnished and well equipped with everything you need. We appreciated the pantry staples and goodies provided for us to enjoy, including the fresh mangoes. There are lush green spaces and parks nearby and beautiful beaches are a short drive away. Toni provided some nice suggestions for things to do and dining options. Must try Riverside Market, a short walk away from the house. Definitely would recommend staying here.

I stayed for a few days while moving my son out of UM. The cottage was very comfortable and Yvette was even amenable to my son staying the last night once the dorm was closed, even though he wasn’t on the initial reservation. It’s a great location if you’re planning to be out and about, walkable to the train, restaurants and grocery stores. Bed and bathroom were very comfortable.

This was an incredible stay. From the start, Alex was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I initially planned to stay one night but due to a flight cancellation was able to get it extended another night on short notice.. also very accommodating on check out times. I have stayed at 80+ Airbnb’s around the world. This one definitely is in my top five. Many Airbnb’s are lacking in furnishings and basic. Not Alex’s place. I believe it to be a candidate for Architectural Digest.. beautiful and unique furnishings. The place is conveniently located to MIA and nearby sights and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place. I definitely plan to return.

This stay was truly a 5-star experience! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the communication Francisco was responsive, respectful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I appreciated how welcomed I felt , it honestly felt like a second home. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place. Thanks again for everything

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

Cannot say enough amazing things about our stay in Coconut Grove! Danielle’s bungalow looks even better than the photos and has a charm about it that you don’t find often. It was super nice to have a private gate and felt secluded from any neighbors. Also, quick walk to a ton of shops, restaurants, and the Ritz Carlton which we got a day pass to the pool. 10/10 would come back, but stay longer next time!

We had a wonderful stay, George and Beth go above and beyond for their guest on the little amenities upon arrival and have a beautiful little cottage tucked away and hidden in a beautiful garden oasis with their lush environment of palms and plant life. A nice canal just steps away in the backyard. We seen peacock bass and a few other fish while checking it out and just an overall great place to relax. We really enjoyed our stay.

Jovany was a great host! The place fits 2 perfectly. Dishes, pans, etc were available for use. The area is close to a lot of things less than 10 minutes to restaurants, groceries stores, and gas stations. Would definitely recommend!

we had a lovely time and everything was provided that we needed. there is a high rise under construction next door. there was no noise at all. the neighbors we met were very friendly. it was an easy walk to the restaurants. great stay.

I LOVE this home for the location to my family and the comfortability of the home itself. It's exactly my speed, my peace, my space. FULL kitchen, mini dining, mini living, FULL bathroom... literally right up my Alley when I'm traveling as a nurse. Neg-1. Not sure why, but my BF had to connect/ create the WiFi for the TV- that took a while, 2. The Bathroom toilet handle needed help, 3. Kinda a Lil TOO on the pricey side than I'd like. But the location is literally a block away from family, and the comparison of the local hotels, you can NOT beat the price. So in all, I'm VERY happy with my stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Christophe’s place was a perfect stay for my friend and I! It was very comfy and I felt right at home. The backyard was so pretty with all the lights and the lighting inside by the patio was also a very pretty touch. If I’m ever in Miami again I will be sure to book with him again!

Euri's Airbnb is impeccable. I can't say enough good things about. Euri greeted me upon arrival and she is sweet and communicative. The cottage is located towards the back of the yard and is surrounded by beautiful trees, so it's private and you feel like you're in an oasis. It's wonderful to wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning and to have coffee on the front terrace. The parking was easy--right outside the cottage and I always felt safe in the neighborhood. It's a perfect location if you would like to explore Miami. I spent a lot of time going to North Beach, which is a short drive. The neighborhood felt safe and there are a ton of grocery stores nearby. The inside of the cottage was spotless, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom large and you could actually move around in it. There's great closet space and the apartment is trendy and minimalistic so you can feel very calm there. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish our experience was top notch. Very small issues were handled immediately and one large issue, the pool heater stopped and that was resolved as quickly as the owner could get it done. The house is well stocked for guests including beach items and all necessary kitchen equipment one would need. The neighborhood is quiet and within short driving distance to beaches and the Florida experience. We highly recommend this property

We knew the Hillsboro beach area very well but had only stayed in local hotels that were overcrowded and lacked the comforts and necessities of a home. Tom’s villa was not only reasonably priced but provided every amenity we needed for a week long stay including a kitchen full of accessories, washer and dryer access, a wonderful swimming pool, was walking distance to the beach, and even had water toys too! The daily trash and linen pickup was also very much appreciated. The front office staff was also very attentive and helpful - thank you for everything Elaine! My family and I will gladly be returning.
