Cosy cottage, direct access to cross-country ski tracks from the cabin. Easy to find, can drive up until the cabin. Kitchen has the necessities (spices/pots) and the beds are comfy. The outside toilet adds to the adventure spirit 😁 might not be as nice if it's raining.

Kristian is a fantastic host. The house is beautiful, spotlessly maintained, and you can really tell he takes pride in keeping it that way. The surroundings are absolutely dream-like—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to relax. Everything was just as described, if not better. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous place! Picturesque. We’re thinking a lot before - should we rent or not, because we came skiing in Hemsedaal, but it worked perfectly, so we got and skiing (with driving, but it was ok) and a great house in a very beautiful place. It was also interesting to observe ice drifting on the lake nearby. House is spacious, warm, clean and comfortable, welcoming. Sauna is a wonderful plus. Very quiet outside, stars. And we even saw a bit of an aurora borealis.

A wooden cabin features a dark exterior, with large windows on two sides that allow natural light to enter. A covered porch extends from the structure, equipped with outdoor seating and lanterns. The surrounding area is open, with grass and scattered stones.

Great cabin and location. Lovely with fireplace and firewood that is included. Plenty of space and lovely views with trails directly in front of the cabin with great trips. The toilet is in the annex next door, but it didn't matter to us and there is heat. We were wondering that there was no water (tap) in the sink next to the shower in the bathroom, but it's a minor issue. We will definitely come again!

Quiet and nice place. Have you can enjoy the silence in the forest. Nice view over the mountains over the horizon. Otherwise a spacious and nice cabin,which has most things. Cabin owners were quick to respond. Tolls on the way into the cabin area, 50 DKK per time.

The cabin is in a very beautiful location with great views. It’s peaceful and cosy. It worked really well for our group and we enjoyed the sauna. Only small problem was that the hot tub wasn’t functional (frozen pipes) which was disappointing but apart from that it was great.

Newly built and modern cabin in a small cabin field. The terrain round is relatively flat and slightly below the tree line. A few hundred meters from the main road so it is quiet and peaceful, just some sheep grazing around. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need and generally everything else you need Very good beds. About 20 minutes to Gol city center

We had a lovely stay in week 12 on cross country skiing. The cabin is more spacious than the photos give the impression of. It was great with several sleeping areas when you're more than one family. The house is very child-friendly with amenities, games, books, toboggan, etc. Large hallway with underfloor heating that is perfect for drying clothes after a day in the snow. There are nice conditions in the area if you want to go skiing as a family. The 😊 contact with Mari worked really well and she responds immediately to text.

Nice and practical cabin with the amenities it promised. We were four ladies on a ski and ski tour in Hemsedal. Nice size for us with room for equipment and possibilities for drying clothes etc. Plenty of space for parking of our two cars. Dry wood available and good fireplace in the living room/kitchen meant that we got the heat up there relatively quickly when we got up Friday night. Heating cables provided nice warmth this weekend. Appreciated quick responses to our inquiries and especially flexibility around checkout time. Thanks for us - we'd love to come back!

Well-equipped cabin in a beautiful and very peaceful location. Lovely setting, absolute quiet with no road noise at all, just the sound of the wind in the trees and the tinkling of the sheep bells. Great hiking for all levels easily accessible within a short drive, town centre has all the amenities needed. Cabin was very clean and well-organised, easy to find everything in the kitchen, good quality kitchen equipment, comfortable beds with soft sheets. Rowing boat to take out on the lake was fun, picnic table on the deck down by the lake was a great place to sit and relax. Really liked the cabin and the area, would be happy to return someday!

We spent the week over New Year's Eve as two couples with two dogs in this cozy cottage and were all (people and dogs) absolutely thrilled. In front of the front door a winter wonderland, the possibility to go for a walk directly and all this in a very quiet location. The cottage itself is super cozy, well equipped and offers a beautiful view - perfect for game nights, raclette or just reading in front of the fireplace. Lasse responded to inquiries in a friendly, quick & uncomplicated manner. Overall, highly recommended!

Super cozy cabin, which is skiing so nice to a beautiful lake in a quiet neighborhood. Cabin is a very modern and delicious, with lots of space. The landlord acknowledged good instructions, and there was a lot of equipment both in the kitchen and toys, etc. that had to be borrowed. Can only be recommended.

We had a great time at the house with our kid and friends visiting from abroad. The house is very modern and spacious. The view is fantastic. We had everything we needed for a chill long weekend. Per Inge replied all our messages very fast. We appreciated flexibility with check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Very cozy cabin. As described in the listing. Children and adults were at ease and enjoyed themselves. The cabin was well cleaned. The host provided us with a few liters of water. It turned out to be helpful!

We had some very nice days at Øystein's cabin. The cabin is well equipped and modern. Relatively short distance to most places. Øystein responds quickly and well to share information before we arrived. The cabin is highly recommended.

We can really recommend a stay at Gol and at this beautiful cabin. We were impressed with the standard and the amenities. Lovely beds, plenty of space, beautiful view, proximity to hiking areas and beautifully decorated cabin. We lacked nothing this weekend and would like to book another trip to the same cabin. Good dialogue with the owner all the way. It was really worth the price of rental.

We had a wonderful time in the cabin! If we had the money for it, we would probably have made Robert the offer to buy the cabin and stay there. We had great starry skies, cozy times by the fireplace, exciting excursions into the breathtaking nature and the moose came all the way to our doorstep. I don't know what else we could have asked for.

We have had an amazing week in Renates cabin. The cabin was extremely cosy, and had everything we wanted for our holiday including the sauna and hot tub which were added bonuses. There was enough space for us all to relax, eat together and enjoy catching up. The cabin was easy to find and the check in was also stress free, and Renate was very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this cabin and would definitely love to holiday here again. It was only a 15 minute drive to the ski slopes which was ideal, and it was far away enough to feel like we we were in the peaceful quiet of Norway, with lovely views and walks, and sledding slopes. Thank you very much
