The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures – with the difference of being even better in person! Facing the sea, with a charming view and a quiet beach, it was the perfect setting to rest and recharge. The rooms are comfortable, functional, and exactly match the listing's images. The kitchen is super complete, with everything we need during the stay. And Sérgio was amazing – always very attentive and helpful, leaving us at ease and ensuring that everything went well. A real oasis, I highly recommend!

Casa de Flávio is very good, cozy, very close to the beach and easy to reach on foot. The beach had few people, calm sea, ideal for those with children. The whole house is very organized and clean, air-conditioning in all the rooms, but the children's favorite was the pool. Whenever we needed to contact Flávio, he was available and helped us quickly. Voltaria again, for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at D.'s house. Aecia in Barra de Catuama! She is an amazing host, very attentive and helpful. The house is just perfect, super cozy and very clean. We all loved every moment we spent there and would certainly like to return in the future. We highly recommend staying at D.'s house. Aecia for those looking for a quiet and cozy place to relax. Wonderful, super clean house to feel right at home literally. Opened the Gate is on the beach beautiful place. Fernando super kind, the wonderful housekeeper, the smelling bed linens, towels and etc… we had only a very loud sound problem on Saturday from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am at the neighboring house on the other day I think they saw that there were people next door and they didn't make noise . My daughter loved the place and we are already asked to come back Logoooooo kkkkkkkkk…. Yes, the center has a lot to do more there are many great restaurants and wonderful snack bars.

The well-maintained house. District, clean bathrooms, good beds, well-located swimming pool and barbecue, with adequate sun exposure. Safe and homemade house that corresponded to what was expected. It has 6 bedrooms, 4 with air conditioned. It can improve by putting air conditioning in the other 2 rooms.

My family and I love spending the weekend at Leonilson's house, super large house, accommodates everyone comfortably, the homely gentleman, the host tbm. We take great advantage of the pool, the volleyball court, in fact we have a lot of enjoyment of all the spaces! We are sure to return

The hostess is very attentive. He and his wife received us personally. The house is excellent, clean, wide, and comfortable. It is not possible to walk to the beach or the markets, although everything is extremely close (4 minutes' drive away). On the other hand, because it is not in the middle of the buzz of the sea, it allows for peace and privacy, when we return to the house after the beach. It has few buildings and native forest around it, which makes it possible to enjoy the stars and planets in the sky, lying by the pool, at night. It's a mix of beach and site. It was perfect.

The house exceeded our expectations. Super equipped, organized and cozy. We were in 12 and all were very well accommodated. And the owner always very attentive and helpful.

The owner responds quickly and passes along all the necessary info. The house is simple, exactly as it is in the photos, but has a private exit to the beach. The nature of the place is much higher than the Airbnb photos, it's the high point, the beach water is very warm (I've never seen it the same). There's a restaurant right next to the house. The place is perfect for those looking to rest close to the beach.
