Thank you for your hospitality! I was warmly welcomed and provided with the most important information. The equipment of the house Carl left nothing to be desired, rather everything necessary was at hand that you need for a few days with self-catering. The house itself is very bright, charmingly located in the garden of Villa Anna and offers small oases with chairs and tables in the garden so that you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast in the morning in peace. The way to the beach can be reached in a few minutes and also through the forest which could hardly be more beautiful. Thanks again to the warm owner and landlady - so you imagine rest and draw strength.

The place is fully equipped and there was nothing missing. We particularly liked the attention to detail as well as the tasteful furnishings with an artistic personal touch. The large garden offers an opportunity to relax or can be used by children as a playground. The rooms are large with enough storage space for the items you bring with you. Shopping facilities are located in the village of Zinnowitz. By bike you can explore the area wonderfully or relax (10 minutes walk) on the beach. The contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice little house with good space for 4 people. Many household items such as spices, tea or dishwashing tabs are provided. Everything looks very welcoming. Manuela is very quick to respond to inquiries.

We will definitely be back! The place is an absolute dream – great for relaxing and perfect for families. Especially convenient are the child protection gates on every staircase, which were even very helpful for our dogs. The beach is within walking distance, and the dog beach is also not far away. We didn't miss anything at Villa Emma. The sauna and fireplace were our highlights! After a long walk on the beach, we were able to relax wonderfully in the sauna. Also the hot tub was a dream 🥰 The sun protection was a great idea and very helpful for us, as fortunately we were allowed to enjoy sunshine every day. If you sleep with open windows, you should expect morning street noise – but that didn't bother us. My family, including my 87-year-old grandma, enjoyed it so much that we really want to come back next year. The communication with the Schmidt&Steinbrink family was👌?

The place is very tastefully decorated and as described. Good accessibility of the hosts and a great garden. The accommodation and the island are also highly recommended in the even colder seasons.

The house invites you to feel good, we had a real “home” feeling. Happily again! Beautiful bedrooms, large windows, great bathroom, large garden, clean, modern, well-equipped kitchen. In fact, I only missed a knife block, otherwise great & as described. The reception was very friendly. The gardens are open, which is especially nice when families with children are present. The kids were able to play wonderfully together. By bike, fantastic places are easy to reach, beaches and attractions nearby. ...and so much more... We were here for a week at the beginning of April with 6 people and it was very worthwhile. The house is very new and has all possible amenities (complete underfloor heating, very large TV, very large couch, very modern kitchen). In addition, there is a sauna and fireplace and that made our time in the off-season perfect. Hopefully next year again.

The listing matches the description. There was a small communication dilemma regarding the grill, but that wasn't tragic. Otherwise, this place is an absolute recommendation. The price is reasonable even if the hot tub has dropped out. Everything was clean, everything necessary was there, it was quiet. Technically, everything is in a 1a condition.

We were 7 adults and two children (one infant) living in the house, which was very functional. We lacked nothing. Dining area both inside and out where everyone could sit together. Quiet and nice surroundings.
