And the BEST part: It is also just a stone's throw to the fantastic north beach and the beautiful pier... to the dog beach by the way too. Newly renovated and directly on Wilhelmstraße, the promenade in Sellin. The apartment has two rooms that are separated by the hallway, bathroom and toilet are ideally in between. The property is a 6-minute walk from the beach. The property has a 55” QLED smart TV, a dining area and a conservatory. The private bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and hairdryer.
