Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.
