Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Go Vap

This place was a gem. Usually, I stay at another AirBnB at Pho Quang Street in Tan Binh as well; however, that place was booked, and I m glad it was because I like this place a lot more. Cleanliness is my top priority and this place is even cleaner than some 4 stars hotel that I had stayed at. The security guard, the maids, and the host were nice and friendly. I highly recommend this place. It is a little pricier than most places, but if you are a Westerners, it is still very inexpensive.

The place is quiet and well located, it will give you a stay in suburban feeling. Just 9 kilometer away from down town district 1 and easy to access everywhere.

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

Kate's place is highly recommended. Her parents gave us a very warm welcome. We had our 8 month old son with us and asked for an earlier check in as we arrived at 7 o'clock. It worked out great. Kate's parents were very helpful with any questions. In the immediate vicinity is a great park and felt great food everywhere, everything within walking distance. The airport is almost next door. The place was big and the elevator makes it very convenient to bring things up and down the building. There are lots to do in the area and very accommodating to our needs.

Nice place to stay!! The place was bigger than we had expected. Price is affordable. It’s near a small local market and a supper market so you can easily buy some food to cook. Definitely go back.

We were 5 with my wife and our 3 kids. The apartment is big and cosy, perfectly situated, with access to a swiming pool! The host was easy to reach and very supportive! Excellent stay, excellent view!

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Overall perfect stay. 10/10 Exceptionally clean, modern, very friendly communication. Although its not right in district 1, its still central and only takes a few minutes to get there. The building is new and modern. Has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants outside of the building. Super helpful and kind hosts. Helped us send something to us that we have forgotten in the apartment. Has a nice pool with views to the river, as well as gym and sauna, but needs face verification to enter, so i guess its only for longterm guests. Would come back again anytime.

Great apartment, easy check in/check out. The place is as advertised, so no surprises.

Impeccable accommodation. Clean and very comfortable beds. cooking utensils needed to cook. Spacious rooms. the detail of the rooftop pool is a wonder. to relax after visiting the city and doing different tours. Very friendly owner, responds quickly to any guests and questions you have about the area or the accommodation. We would definitely stay again in the same place if we return to Ho Chi Minh.
