We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I stayed here for 4 weeks. Leo was very communicative, friendly, attentive, and helpful. So were all the other staffs in the building. This is a new building near riverside, centered in a street full of other serviced apartments like this one.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

Our stay at Camp Dakao was spectacular. Very funky decor, clean and always smelt nice, free washing machine and use of the kitchen (+drinking water). The outdoor bath was a bonus. Down a quiet alleyway but close to lots of restaurants and easy walking distance to the attractions. The host was very responsive and offered recommendations during our stay!

I booked this hotel on behalf of my dad. He shared that the place felt like a 4-star hotel. Moana was the perfect host. She went out of her way to welcome him and to ensure everything was nice. He definitely recommends her place.

We really enjoyed staying at Thong’s place. The room is spacious and clean . He provided local tips of places to eat and visit. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend everyone to stay here.

This Airbnb is cozy, clean, sit in a good location where the main districts are just about 10 mins away. It's amenities are sufficient for short stays and the host seems to have a lot of experiences

My staying at Mr. Manh Cuong's Airbnb in HCM(Ho Chi Minh). I stayed the Airbnb place of Mr. Manh Cuong for 1 month. First of all, I really really appreciate the landlord's hospitality, kindness and being sincere. He kept his promise and contract to the end, I stayed in secure and comfortable at his place. The neighborhood is very familiar and safe. There are many CCTV, security cameras and lights during the nights in the neighborhood. The room is independent from others, so I stayed on comfortable without any interruptions. It has a good air conditioner and hot water in bathroom. The house is clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is very accessible to any places in HCM city. It is close to the International airport and not far from the downtown. Nearby, there are big shopping malls, such as E-mart, Lotte mart, and Giga mart, so you can get everything there. There are some traditional markets, Go Vap Market, a local university, HCM industrial college and a local park so you can enjoy them enough. If you will choose this place, you can enjoy and experience the Vietnamese local life completely, I believe. And you can visit the 1st district and downtown easily, it is not far from the place. You can get to HCM square, Bach Dang port and park, Waterbus terminals, Bui Vien the travelers' street very easily and fast by grab or go-jeck services, something like that. The price is very cheap. Go Vap district where the Airbnb place is located is very safe, peaceful and not noisy. Friendly local people, rich convenient facilities, kind and faithful landlord, they are a perfect combination for your visiting and staying in HCM city. You can enjoy the fancy and good restaurants and the local street food at the same time by cheap price, because they are for local people. I recommend you this Airbnb place as the best choice for the HCM visit. You won't be disappointed from it. Lastly, thanks to Mr. Manh Cuong, the landlord again. I wish I will be able to visit his place again. I am already missing my 1 month stay there.

I really like this place. This was my second time there. The rooms is comfortable, lovely and has everything you need. Also the area is quiet nice with a local living around, restaurants and bar. The café downstairs is also pretty nice. I’ll come back!

I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay here. The space was quiet and secure, which made me feel safe throughout my visit. The room was thoughtfully arranged and met all the needs of a minimalist lifestyle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like providing small items such as cotton pads for guests. I genuinely liked this place.

저는호치민에서 10일간 머물면서 처음 3일과 마지막 2일을 이 숙소에서 보냈습니다. 처음 3일은 가격과 위치가 맘에 들었고, 솔직히 시설은 기대도 하지 않았습니다. 그런데 막상 생활해보니 카드를 이용한 간편한 출입에, 엘리베이터, 성능 좋은 에이컨, 깨끗한 화장실, 깨끗한 침대보와 배게, 간단한 주방용품들이 있어, 생각이상으로 만족했습니다. 아침은 근처에서 주로 먹었는데, 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에, 많은 식당들이 있었고, 특히, 완전 로컬 껌땀과 미슐랭 식당이라은 Pho Phoung이 좋았습니다. 그랩을 부르면 문앞까지 왔고, 먼거리를 갈때는 버스로 이동했는데, 1분거리에 버스정류장이 있습니다. 3월달에 다시 갈껀데, 그때는 전체 일정을 예약할 예정입니다.

I was genuinely impressed by this apartment. Getting to the city center was incredibly convenient, and the neighborhood is surrounded by plenty of amazing local eateries. What truly stood out, though, was the peaceful charm of the apartment itself — tucked away in a quiet alley, with a lush green view that brings an unexpected sense of calm right in the heart of Saigon. It’s rare to find a place like this in the city. On top of that, Tu’s prompt and warm support made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
