We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Zwierzyniec, the plot is located in the forest buffer zone, it provides comfort of rest (and work). There are numerous amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, bicycles, hammocks, deckchairs, barbecue gazebo, covered terrace, fireplace. You can also use the Finnish sauna in our house. The Green Velo bicycle trail runs next to the house. In the immediate vicinity, you have the opportunity to get to know the beauty of Roztocze. Two cottages have a jacuzzi for exclusive use, reservation on request The view from the terrace allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature every morning, and the evening sunsets remain unforgettable Roztocze is a picturesque and diverse place with unique nature on a European scale. Perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Roztocze, Podlesina; Uroczysko on the bicycle trail

If you like the forest, silence, nature and cycling/jogging, this is the place for you. Podlesina is a village in the forest, on the route of the Central Cycling Trail of Roztocze. Children forget about screens, absorbed in watching frogs at the spring and rolling down the sandy hill straight to the playground. It is a great starting point for exploring Roztocze: Szumy nad Tanwią, Zwierzyniec, kayaking, Szczebrzeszyn, Zamość in close proximity. Lviv is only 90 km away. Sielsko

Away from the asphalt, the hustle and bustle of cars, the daily grind and duties. "Sielsko" is a place where you can listen to the singing of the forest, watch nature, relax, stop rushing and just be. The picturesque, nearly 100-year-old cottage is located in the beautiful forests of Lipsko Polesie, in Roztocze (between Zamość and Krasnobród). The cottage stands on a half-hectare, fenced, densely wooded plot. The asphalt and civilization are 2 km away by forest road. This is a place for an urban detox!

JABZÓWKA habitat

Siedlisko Jabzówka is a seventy-year-old wooden cottage located in the picturesque village of Turzyniec, 4 kilometers from Zwierzyniec. Surrounded by Roztocze forests, the village captivates with loess gorges, the Wieprz river valley and beautiful expanses of still-cultivated fields. The cottage has been renovated with the utmost care and love, using natural materials. Inside, a healthy microclimate is provided by walls covered with traditional clay plaster, wooden floors and rustic wooden windows.

The village is located on Roztocze, from which Szumy, Quarries in Nowiny and Józefów and Czartowe Pole are nearby.
