The apartment is customizable with up to 3 beds. 34m2 True, not a big apartment, but it can easily accomodate 3 people. The studio is adaptable to guests needs. If you are not a couple, there can be two seperate beds! Or... It can be a large double 160/200 bed if you are a couple! Or... There can be an extra, for a third person! (Yes! It is quite comfortable!) Or... If you have a small child, a baby crib can be arranged! There is a small balcony, where you can relax. There is a separate kitchen. There is an underground parking spot available (PLEASE inform me at least a day erlier should you need it!) I offer the whole apartment just for you. You will have a kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and a bedroom, with double bed, at your disposal. I live next door, so if necessary I can assist you in anything you may need. If you are here for shightseeing purposes, I will be happy to tell you what to see where to go... If you are here for a business meeting, I can tell you an ETA to the place you need to go... Since the apartment is close to the airport, I can pick you up from, or drive you to the airport if necessary! The apartment building is located in Warszawa, Mazowieckie, a short walk from the famous Służewiec Racetrack. It's the place to be for horse lovers every weekend. A quick drive leads to a mall with cinema or Warsaw Chopin Airport. Bus stop is 5 minutes away. City railway station is 10 minutes away. ... Plus I am here, I will assist you to get anywhere you like! The only inconvenience is that there is a construction of new apartments just next to the one I owe, but... the work is done from 7:00a.m. till 6p.m. and the truth is with windows closed you can barely hear it...

Zatrzymaliśmy się w domu nad Narwią z kilkunastoosobową grupą przyjaciół i był to strzał w dziesiątkę! Dom jest świetnie wyposażony – wygodne łóżka, czysta pościel, dużo łazienek (co przy większej grupie ma ogromne znaczenie), dwie lodówki, zmywarka, telewizor – wszystko, czego potrzeba do komfortowego pobytu. Właściciele są niezwykle pomocni i uprzejmi. Pani Monika cierpliwie odpowiadała na wszystkie moje pytania, a jej mąż szybko przyjechał i naprawił oświetlenie na tarasie, gdy przestało działać. Lokalizacja to ogromny atut – niecała godzina drogi od Warszawy, a jednocześnie w otoczeniu natury, tuż nad rzeką. Piękny brzeg Narwi, śpiew ptaków i prawdziwy spokój. Dodatkowym plusem była świetnie wyposażona sauna z olejkami, ręcznikami, czepkami i witkami – idealna na wieczorny relaks. W pobliżu znajduje się dobrze zaopatrzony sklep ze świeżym pieczywem i lokalnymi produktami. Zdecydowanie polecam ten dom – świetne miejsce na odpoczynek z rodziną lub przyjaciółmi!

Had a great stay — highly recommend! The projector was a fantastic touch that made evenings feel like a cozy home cinema. Kamil was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.

Spędziliśmy cudowny czas z rodziną i zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce! Od samego początku kontakt z właścicielem był rewelacyjny – bardzo pomocny i zaangażowany. Na miejscu czekała na nas przygotowana balia (zagrzana woda), co było niespodzianką i ogromną atrakcją dla całej rodziny. Pogoda dopisała, a dostęp do wody (prywatny pomost) w pobliżu to ogromny atut – dzieci miały mnóstwo frajdy! Sam dom był bardzo czysty, przytulny a co najważniejsze - wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Do tego piękny ogród, który zachęcał do spędzania czasu na świeżym powietrzu. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna, dzięki czemu można odpocząć od “codzienności”. Dużym plusem była możliwość grillowania na zewnątrz – to zdecydowanie dodało uroku naszym wieczorom, które kończyliśmy w bali ogrodowej. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt! Z przyjemnością wrócimy!!
