The decor is chic and whimsical with a theatrical theme, an homage to the historic local theater that is housed in the courtyard below. A perfect place for business travelers, couples, small groups of friends, or theater buffs. You will love the ambiance, light, stylish decor, and peaceful, yet central location. Fast internet (up to 150Mb/s) ideal for online work and Netflix. This charming apartment has lots of character and features two bedrooms with new queen-size beds, a large living room with original fireplace and tufted sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and bathroom with claw-foot tub. There are high ceilings and wooden floors throughout, and a large wardrobe for storage. The decor is chic and whimsical with a theatrical theme, an homage to the historic local theatre that is housed in the courtyard below. A perfect place for business travelers, couples, small groups of friends or theatre buffs. You will love the ambiance, light, stylish decor and peaceful, but central location. If you love theatre and the arts, this is the perfect place for you! Always ready to communicate with the guests. I live in Podkowa Lesna which is about 30 km from Warsaw. I am always on offer and happy to help my guests. My guests can feel free to contact me whenever they need during their stay. I send my mobile number right after I receive a reservation. I'm available on other communication apps too. I'm also ready to arrive to Warsaw if it is required. The apartment is in a building with a small theatre downstairs. Sometimes before a performance it is possible to walk along the red carpet in the courtyard. There is a lot of parking space around the building, especially comfortable along Orla street which is very close. The apartment is located 3 min to the metro station, 4 min to the tram and bus stops. I want my guests' stay in Warsaw to be really exceptional:)

Amazing view of downtown Warsaw from the windows and even a binocular so we could zoom in on the view; attic rooms with gorgeous skylights, very cozy and beautifully decorated. Huge space, very clean, plenty of kitchen equipment. The only thing that was hard was that there are many stairs and the last set are kind of difficult to navigate, especially with a suitcase (steep and not broad). I wouldn't recommend the place for someone with limited mobility -- otherwise it was great!

Super quality up to the price. The apartment was very large, we were with 5 people, and there was still a lot of space. Everyone had clean, large towels. In the apartment, we were surprised by a very large number of items for small children, which is rare in such places (baby bath, high chair, plush, toilet cover). There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen. Very good location ( 2 minutes to tram stop; 9 minutes to Palace of Culture and Science), quiet and peaceful. The minimum drawback was the lack of a dryer and no frying oil, and this was all good. Communication with the owner is also very efficient and fast. Before check-in, we received an accurate video of how to get into the cage.

Ideal for couples or solo travellers, located in a fairly vibrant area with several shops and a few restaurants, the host was very responsive and, despite the late booking, arranged the studio for me in less than no time. Overall very quiet as the accommodation faces a quiet street.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Tomasz’s apartment. It was even better than shown in the pictures - very spacious & decorated beautifully, we felt right at home 😊 The location was perfect, in the old town with walking distance to anything you would need. Only 20 min drive from the airport too! Tomasz was also great with recommendations, speedy responses and gave us very clear instructions on how to get there & checking in. We wish we could’ve stayed for longer!

Magdalenas place made our stay in Warsaw perfect. We came with baby and dog and everything we needed was there, quiet and green backyard house in a hip neighborhood with great restaurants and places to go nearby. Also the river was in walking distance what we enjoyed a lot! Magdalena is super friendly and we would definitely come back again one day 😊
