Great apartment – exactly as described! This is a small, quiet flat located on the outskirts of Warsaw, in Wilanów – a calm and safe area near the Wilanów Palace. It’s about 30 minutes by tram to the city centre, so while it may not be ideal for classic sightseeing tourists, it’s perfect if you’re in town for business or visiting family and friends. The neighbourhood is peaceful but still offers good restaurants and convenient public transport connections. The apartment itself is just like in the photos – clean, quiet, and well-kept. Karolina is a fantastic host: very responsive and helpful. I forgot a personal item, and she immediately arranged everything so I could get it back. Highly recommended!

Above all, a 5 plus host, extremely communicative, kind, welcoming, and we felt like we were staying with family. The cottage is charming, well-equipped, we were happy to use the equipment of the house, including a dishwasher. The fireplace works very efficiently in winter, providing warmth and comfort. The linens are clean, the cottage is clean with a very interesting interior, and a picturesque neighborhood.

This villa is set deep in the forest with a large fenced garden. It has large windows allowing the outside in, with blinds to stop the outside looking in! We were there in winter and, although the temperature was -7 C, the house was perfectly warm. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook all our own meals, I would love to return if time allows.

A home with a normal, quiet atmosphere, plenty of sleeping space, well-equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, fire pit. Host very communicative and friendly. Recommended.

Stunning little hideaway. Perfect for a countryside getaway. Very peaceful and stunning surroundings. There is a train track nearby but doesn’t go too often and not too loud. Highly recommended.

It is mentioned in description two bathrooms, but in reality it is one toilet and separate bathroom without wc, keep that in mind if you’re travelling with big company (we expected two toilets when booked). Otherwise apartment is very nice and comfortable. Beds are 140cm wide, 4th floor without lift. Good value for money.
