Great apartment – exactly as described! This is a small, quiet flat located on the outskirts of Warsaw, in Wilanów – a calm and safe area near the Wilanów Palace. It’s about 30 minutes by tram to the city centre, so while it may not be ideal for classic sightseeing tourists, it’s perfect if you’re in town for business or visiting family and friends. The neighbourhood is peaceful but still offers good restaurants and convenient public transport connections. The apartment itself is just like in the photos – clean, quiet, and well-kept. Karolina is a fantastic host: very responsive and helpful. I forgot a personal item, and she immediately arranged everything so I could get it back. Highly recommended!

We stayed 1 night in the apartment with 4 adults and 1 baby. We had good communication. Natalie had prepared a camp bed for us. The apartment is super modern and clean. Anything you need is present. We certainly recommend this apartment!

Above all, a 5 plus host, extremely communicative, kind, welcoming, and we felt like we were staying with family. The cottage is charming, well-equipped, we were happy to use the equipment of the house, including a dishwasher. The fireplace works very efficiently in winter, providing warmth and comfort. The linens are clean, the cottage is clean with a very interesting interior, and a picturesque neighborhood.

I recommend staying in Kamienc to anyone who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. the cottage is decorated in a charming Swedish style, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and the host is very friendly and helpful. definitely not my last visit :)

The location is perfect: close to shops, cafes, and public transport, and not far from the city center. The host was very friendly, responded quickly to all questions, and made check-in easy. Kateryna's place was the last stop in our Eurotrip before heading back home, and it was just SO AMAZING. Kateryna is a very friendly, nice and helpful host, and I really want to wish her and her family the best luck. The place itself was fantastic - very stylish and well furnished, and truly extraordinary in its interior. The surroundings were also very beautiful and tasteful, it is a pity that we had so little time to spend there.. Oh, and we loved the cats! All in all, this place was a very nice finishing touch to our trip, and I'm very glad I had an opportunity to stay there. Thanks and good luck!

Spacious, stylish and very quiet place. Easy checkin and underground parking. A huge backyard and kids playground nearby. Perfect place for families with kids.
