Glückstadt, the gem on the Elbe, is centrally located in Schleswig-Holstein. From here, both the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, as well as the Hamburg metropolitan region, can be reached in a short time. Among other things, Glückstadt is located on the Elbe Cycle Route as well as on the Mönchsweg and is also a worthwhile vacation destination for cycling tourists. Our apartment is located outside the city center. On foot you can reach it in about 20 minutes along the idyllic Fleth to the harbor, the jetty, the dike or the market square.

The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

On the second floor are the three bedrooms and bathrooms and an open salon area.

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Horst's time out

My time-out Horst stands for real picture book country life. There are cows, chickens, donkeys and fields nearby. And the tranquility, of course. The Elbe and the dyke can be reached in 15-20 min. by car. Here you will find a real beach with great gastronomy From about May to autumn. You can also reach Hamburg in 30 minutes. All relevant shopping facilities are about 1.6-2 km away. In about 3 km. Distance is the train stop. A car is useful here!

Cozy house on the dyke, fantastic apple garden with private sauna and terrace and direct access to the dyke, own garden bench on the dyke overlooking the Elbe and beach right outside the front door! Peace, relaxation and pure nature guarantee a relaxing vacation experience. On not so nice days, the fireplace provides coziness. Glückstadt - King's dream on the Elbe, was founded in 1617 by the Danish King Christian IV. In 2017, the city monument will be 400 years old and celebrates its birthday with many events. Our apartment is centrally located in the old town, within walking distance the harbor, the jetty, the dyke or the marketplace, various restaurants and shops and also the train station to maybe take a trip to Hamburg, for example.

The treehouse Jojo is the 3 treehouse on our horse paddock. It rests on stilts at an altitude of about 6 m above the meadows. The treehouse stands between old pastures and you have magnificent views of the meadows. Here you can put a walk back.
