The 80m² apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and is located in the walls of an old cabbage barn on the back part of a 1,500 m² property. It has a separate entrance, a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen, a spacious dining and living area and two bedrooms (1 large double bed + 1 bunk bed).

Happy Place Gödenstorf

Our Happy Place is located 40km south of Hamburg near the A7, 20km from Lüneburg. Seven years ago, our family decided to move from Hamburg to the country. Since then Gödenstorf has become our Happy Place. In 2017, we decided to build an apartment in our farm roof and share our Happy Place with guests. Our Shetland ponies, and our three children, are looking forward to taking our guests along for the ride.

Quietly located very close to the Harburg city park, it is possible here to spend a time in Hamburg in a beautiful, simple ambience. I don't want bookings for just one night. If there are important reasons for this, I would exceptionally do it. From the outside, the house is not yet as it should be, unfortunately that won't be until 2025.
