De Noot: a green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen

The "De Noot" studio is fully, tastefully, and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, on the ground floor, on the outskirts of town. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work, or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests. Public transportation is within walking distance. Parking is free. Directly located on the Paterswoldse lake, this beautiful wooden cottage, the last part can only be reached on foot through the park. Enjoy the tranquility, no noise from cars and the beautiful views over the water. Or go out on the water with a canoe or boat. The cottage is heated by a gas heater downstairs. A warm sweater and slippers are recommended in winter. It is not allowed to have parties or make a lot of noise here.
