Monthly Rentals in Glenvar

I decided to relocate to Roanoke VA from Texas, so I rented Matt and Catherine's place for a month, in order to make my apartment search easier. The unit is located in one of the most coveted neighborhoods, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, theaters. It's also just a 9 minute drive to the Roanoke city center. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. Matt and Catherine were very responsive to the few questions I had. The kitchen was immaculate and very well appointed. I would highly recommend.

The cabin at sunnycrest is a great place to stay while visiting the Roanoke area. It is in a beautiful area just south of the city in a secluded spot. However, it is just off a main road so you get the best of both worlds: a natural country setting while also being close to the city. Charles was very friendly and even put up Christmas lights for me around the cabin during my stay. The cabin is clean, comfortable, and great for an extended stay. I highly recommend it.

I stayed here during our house remodel. I really appreciated having the kitchen, and it was very well-stocked with utensils. If you’ve used Airbnb kitchens you know they can be sparse, but Theresa’s had anything I needed! The area was very clean too, and not scented, which I appreciated since I am sensitive to fragrance. I was able to use my home laundry so it wasn’t a trouble to not have the laundry. It was a little cool when I was there but the space heater kept it comfortable. The shower was also very comfortable and was quite hot. If you have a lot to move in, it can be tedious to carry stuff in and out since you have to walk around the outside of house to the basement but Theresa let me use the driveway for that, so it helped. I had a great stay here, and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Giulia has a very nice apartment that was clean with plenty of room. Although close to town, there is a remote feel as the house is surrounded by woods - a definite plus for me.
