With access to our HOA provided Wi-Fi and heated pool, what could possibly make this better?

This full-sized kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher . This unit is also pet friendly - There will be an additional pet fee of $50 + tax per animal, limit of 2 per unit.
