Our small 350 sq ft STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a wine/deli/market on site. Nice east facing garden patio and a large back deck for afternoon BBQ's. close to Golf, parks, shopping, 20 minutes to the casino. Beach access is 2 blocks. A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.

Wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer and propane BBQ. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee and prior approval. We are a fully licensed rental and in compliance with local regulations. Nightly rate includes the 12% Lincoln County lodging tax. Airbnb collects the 2% state lodging tax
