Fully equipped, self-catering cottage. Consisting of a fully equipped Kitchen/Diner, Double Bedroom, Living Room and WC/Shower room. Designed for a couple, but a sofa bed in the lounge area does give some flexibility. i.e. Couple with a child, two single people, or possibly two couples. On site parking. Located on the World Famous Isle of Man TT Mountain Race Course. Wonderful views over the South of the Island and Scotland. 4.5 Miles from the City of Peel and 4 miles from Kirk Michael.

The hot tub by the waterfall - facilities included

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

Ideal if you love peaceful countryside location with wild birds and rabbits yet want to be a walking distance to shopping and entertainment, or TT course. Good base for exploring the island, with private parking and easy access to bus and train station, as well as footpaths. Dolls House annex has private entrance and outdoor sitting/dining area. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

The Lodge

The Lodge is a spacious family holiday home set in its own grounds, sleeping up to 8, just a couple of miles from the capital Douglas. The house has three good sized bedrooms, consisting of a twin room and two doubles (one en-suite). An additional room features a sofa bed which is made up on request. A large lounge offers comfortable seating for all guests and there is a roomy open plan kitchen/breakfast bar, together with a separate dining room.

Foghorn cottage is only minutes from the capital Douglas and all amenities, but feels so remote and wonderfully free. Please note, the cottage is only accessible by foot via the footpath across the beach or from the top of Douglas head. 200 steps one way. A truly exceptional stay – can’t wait to return! Sea Breeze in Laxey is, without question, the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The attention to detail is second to none – everything feels bespoke and beautifully finished. As it’s only a few months old, it still has that fresh, showroom feel, but it’s also warm and welcoming. Sarah is a fantastic host – so friendly and full of great local recommendations. The view over Laxey Harbour is absolutely stunning, and the bifold doors are a brilliant feature. The bedrooms are unique and stylish, with real care clearly taken in every part of the design. The hot tub was a real treat in the evenings – and we were lucky enough to have great weather to enjoy it properly. We explored Laxey beach, had breakfast at The Shack Cafe on the beach, and a meal at The Shore Hotel – the restaurant there is outstanding. If you’re looking for somewhere with a serious wow factor, Sea Breeze is it. It’s every bit as good as the photos – possibly even better.

Gorgeous stay and lovely apartment. It was so big and has everything you need. Douglas is a perfect place to stay when visiting other places in the isle of man. Super clean and very well equipped. I would stay there again for sure! ☺️

We had a wonderful stay in Laxey! The place was spotless, cozy, and really felt like a home away from home. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Communication with the host was excellent throughout; everything was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend and hope to return someday!

Ireen and Eric were very welcoming and helpful (and have a great knowledge about the island). The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, a good pub is in walking distance and it's a 30 min walk to the beach promenade.
