11 Tarskavaig (The Willows), B&B, IV46 8SA -Room 1

It was a nice bedroom with an attached bathroom. A queen bed and a twin bed it was great for a one night stay. It was in a very, quiet, rural area with a 5 mile, one lane road off of the highway. A nice to-go breakfast was provided. We arrived and the instructions were on the front door that told me which upstairs bedroom was mine. Another 3 girls that rented the other room, were in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. There was a shared microwave and mini fridge outside the two bedrooms upstairs.

Cosy room in Tranquil Peaceful Cottage

MaryannRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Jane’s cottage on the Isle of Skye is a cozy, magical retreat perfect for a Highland escape. Located about 30–45 minutes from Portree and major attractions, it’s best accessed by car due to the challenging roads. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and blackout curtains for the summer months. The unique bathroom setup—an upstairs private-use toilet and a downstairs shower—was manageable for us. Jane was a kind and attentive host, offering great recommendations and leaving us daily notes to enhance our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily return!

Lovely, clean space with lots of windows and big back deck. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated having a washing machine. We had a terrific week and would definitely stay there again.

Kilbride Loft, a stunning Isle of Skye retreat

BarbaraRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had the most enjoyable four day stay at Alison’s loft; warm, comfortable, well equipped and in the most peaceful surroundings in a stunning landscape. Waking up to the cuckoo calling every morning was an added bonus. The welcome basket of milk, bread and local beer was well received! A definite 5-star stay.

Shepherd's hut with best view

MargrietRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My friend and I stayed at Lena's shepherd's hut to explore the Isle of Skye. We had a great time. The location of the hut is lovely, we enjoyed the view and all the wildlife around us. Lena has equipped the hut with all the comforts and makes your stay easier with the folder with tips about the area. Highly recommended if you are looking for a unique location!

Stoney Cottage, 1 Double Ensuite in Rural setting.

TuckerRating, 5 stars3 days ago
The Stoney Cottage was our favorite stay during our trip to Scotland. Not only is Skye a beautiful place to visit, but the Stoney Cottage and it’s wonderful hosts go above and beyond to make your stay even more memorable. William greeted us on arrival to help us bring bags in and then made us feel right at home while offering us coffee and tea and giving us a breif history of Skye. We were more sad to have to leave the Stoney Cottage than we were to leave Skye by the end of the trip. If we ever get the chance, we would definitely return to the Stoney Cottage.
