Booking a treehouse green is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fire pit and animal enclosures. Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

A crispy house for those seeking peace and quiet

The cottage is completely made of wood and very cozy, in the middle of nature without car noise. It is romantically heated with a Swedish stove in the cold season. The bedroom is a very cozy mattress storage above the kitchen (10 sqm mezanin). A large terrace invites you to sunbathe all year round. There are small woods all around and you can take beautiful walks. The city of Graz is not far away and excursions to southern Styria are also available.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated hosts. The place itself is extremely clean, beautiful and looks like the photos. I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

A charming entrance to the castle is presented, featuring a stone wall and two distinctive towers with red rooftops. The pathway is lined with a gray road, leading to the main building that displays a simple facade, complemented by clear blue skies overhead.

The apartment was spotlessly clean – you can immediately feel how much care and attention to detail is put into it. I would especially like to highlight the hostess: incredibly warm, attentive and always trying to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I immediately felt welcome and well taken care of! The location is also ideal: In just half an hour I was in Graz, the center of Leibnitz can be reached in about ten minutes, and a detour to the beautiful wine region around Gamlitz is also possible in just 15 minutes. The highway is nearby, which makes the journey very easy – and yet it is pleasantly quiet and relaxing in the apartment! I'd love to come back!

We loved the Lexsimihof from the first moment. It is a home that can only be described as unique in terms of location and amenities. The furniture is very tasteful and stands out from many houses we have met so far. The magnificent garden and especially the beautiful cherry tree in front of the house are unique. The house is very lonely but if you like it, it is an oasis of peace. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped in every way. We haven't been to Lexsimihof for the last time.

Had a great family weekend at this home. Everything is really available, very cozy and we felt comfortable right away. The area is quiet and the view is incredibly beautiful. Highly recommend the place. And be sure to read the information folder. Very refreshing and funny writing style.

We had a great time at Pierre and Marina's, incredibly friendly hosts who do everything to satisfy you. They have a real sense of detail: quality materials, a peaceful and quiet environment, with breathtaking views. Their selection of restaurants and activities is entirely trustworthy. They also know how to adapt perfectly to your desires — in our case, hiking — and thanks to them, we discovered some wonderful ones. The nearby restaurants were excellent, with impressive value for money. We even had the chance to go to a gourmet restaurant, the siazani, which was superb. It's flawless: the beauty of the place, the quality of the bed linen and towels, the divine smell of the laundry, the box that transcribes the birdsong in the toilets (yes, really!) and even the shampoo, which smelled way too good. Everything was perfect.
