Appartement EOS 2ch - 4pers Residence Theia

minors under 18 not accompanied by at least one adult in the flat are not allowed rent on the island you will find bike hire, including electric bikes, 4 Atm, a shipping agency, an excursion agency etc... as a reminder, your stay is for rental only. Towels are changed every 2 days and sheets every 4 nights. You are responsible for cleaning. Cleaning on the last day is included, except for the dishes, which must be clean and tidy, the rubbish bins and the fridge, which must be emptied.

Modern apartment with sea view

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .

Modern and fresh accommodation with three patios in nice garden. We, a family of four, had a lot of room. The apartment has the most amazing views. Unforgettable. Peaceful and pleasant. Never before been in such a tidy Airbnb. Like in hotel. Stella's friendly dad picked us up at the harbor and left us there again when it was time for departure. Nice fish restaurant below the hill in the small fishing port.

You truly could not find a better host that Marios's family. They were so kind and went out of their way to look after me and help in every way. Their hospitality is unparralleled in my experience . The apt was great and had everything I needed. I was so relaxed , I never wanted to leave.
