Velkommen til vores skjulte perle. 🏡🌟 Dette rummelige hus byder velkommen med 4 soveværelser, en kontorplads og masser af plads til leg, da vi selv har to børn. Køkken-alrum er husets hjerte hvor samvær er i højsædet. Haven kan lukkes helt af så man ikke skal være bange for at børnene løber ned til vejen. Der er god plads til både boldspil og løb, samt en trampolin og en sandkasse. Desuden har vi to steder man kan sidde udenfor og nyde sin mad eller kaffe, hvoraf et af stederne er overdækket.

Let this be your wellness hub near Copenhagen. The outdoor electric sauna and cold-plunge are accessed via the master bedroom (double bed) + own bathroom. There's a bunk-bed (70x160cm) and a creative space in the kids-room. The second bathroom has a bathtub, and is accessed from the spacious dining + lounge area. The cozy open kitchen completes the social space. The private garden equally invites for relaxation. The cat is friendly (own door, automatic food and water). 10 min walk from train.

Busser til centrum tæt på, det tager 20 minutter at komme derind. NB. Sovesofaen er ikke så bred og egner sig bedst til en enkelt voksen eller to børn eller to voksne der vil ligge tæt.

Our villa is cozy, private and typical Danish. The house is big, 260, with a wonderful garden. We have 5 rooms on the first floor. Groundfloor has a kitchen, dining room and two livingrooms; one with chess and backgammon. The basement has a bedroom with direct access to the garden, and a punchingbag and rowingmachine. The garden has a saltwater pool in the summer, a sauna and an inflateable spa in the winter. We also have budgies, quails, chickens and tortouises. Our dogs are with us.

Stay in a charming old house with modern decor in beautiful and private surroundings. Enjoy a kitchen in extension of the dining area and a living room with large windows looking over the terrace, trees and lively birdhouse. You will also find a small room and a bathroom overlooking the pond. The basement is fully renovated with large white rooms and windows. There is a big master bedroom. This room also has two normal beds for kids (90cm x 200cm). And a smaller bedroom with a double bed.

The house has a kitching-dining area with a view over the garden, a living room and three bedrooms. The garden includes a terrace with a nice lounge area and a dinning area. In the basement there is a fitness room, table tennis football table. The house is situated in the heart of Northern Sealand close to beautiful lakes and forests and at the same time only 10 minutes by car from Copenhagen. Also, it only takes 20 minutes by public transportation to go to Copenhagen.

Som at bo i et sommerhus tæt på storbyen. Kun 8 km. fra smukke København ligger huset i et roligt kvarter tæt på mosen, der indhyller i grønt og byder på dejlige gå og løbeture. Sommeren igennem er her sol fra morgen til aften på den 30 m2 træterrasse. Vi har indrettet huset funktionelt og personligt og elsker at bo her. Der er drivhus på 10m2 man kan sidde og dase i. Groceries and other stores and only 100 m away. Bus to city center also only 100m away. Free parking and Internet. 65 inch TV with Netflix, HBO and Disney. And the best view of Copenhagen from the top floor. Welcome.

The house is located in a calm residential area, with good bus connections (approx. 20 minutes to city center). Furthermore, the house is located 5 minutes walk from a green area (Utterslev Mose) where you can go for a nice walk around the lakes.

Vi bor kun ti minutter fra København i bil og tyve minutter med tog. Huset er perfekt for børnefamilier, der er en stor have og masser af legetøj som jeres børn også kan lege med. Der er kun 1 km til Bagsværd sø, hvor man kan leje både, kanoer og kajakker. Dette er vores hjem, så køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med gryder, pander og lignende.
