The Marburg-Ockershausen district starts after Universitätsstrasse. It is a quiet neighbourhood towards southwest Marburg. The district Marburg-Ockershausen is close by the central quarter of the universitystreet. It is a quiet area to live in the southwest of the city of marburg.

The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A ping-pong table, a foosball table and a dartboard are in the double garage and offer fun in any weather. The small art remise along the Weiltal and Weilstrasse in the Taunus is a small 55 square metre cottage on a former mill estate. Heated exclusively with wood, the shed invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere or to explore the Weiltal or Lahntal by bike. On the property right next to the stream you can meet dogs, cats, chickens and even the occasional egg. Most recently, the remise was used as a studio, and now art objects by regional artists continue to enliven the space.

A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

The modern and bright apartments are centrally located in Gladenbach. Shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in 2 minutes, as can the bus station, from which an express bus runs to Marburg. Ideal for business travellers, families or for a relaxing holiday in the area.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The detached single-family home was originally built in 1962 as a weekend house for a Frankfurt family and has been completely renovated and converted in the last three years. It has become modern, practical, efficient but also very cozy and offers an oasis of well-being of about 150 m² on 2 floors.
