Newly renovated winter insulated and child-friendly rorbu on piles. Our lovely rorbu is located in historic Kræmmervika at Ballstad. Ballstad is a vibrant fishing village in great Lofoten. Rorbua is 120 years old and completely renovated and has all the modern amenities and yet the historical charm. There is a new bathroom and a new large kitchen with dishwasher. You can only walk a few meters along the dock and you will find a good restaurant that is open during the summer season . Right out the door you will find beautiful hiking terrain waiting...

This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige og elegante stedet. Sjøhuset/hytten ligger sentralt på Ballstad i Lofoten, rett ved havet. Ballstad og Lofoten tilbyr mange spennende opplevelser, som fjellturer rett utenfor stuen, fisketurer, badesteder, golf, majestetisk natur, frisbeegolfbane og mange gode matopplevelser mm Kajakk og SUP kan leies etter forespørsel. Jacuzzi kan leies. Sjøhuset har alt man trenger for en god opplevelse. Stedet ligger en 15 minutters kjøretur fra Leknes flyplass.

We spent one week as a family at Lasse's place and liked it very much. We felt like we were at home. A well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a sunny terrace and enough space to stay at ease during a rainy day. Ballstad is also a very good place for discovering the beautiful western part of Lofoten. We loved it!

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. It was clean, tidy and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is central in Leknes, with walking distance to both the city center and several nice hiking areas. There is also a short drive to popular places such as Reine and Svolvær (about one hour each way), and the airport is right nearby, which made it very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent – fast, pleasant and helpful. Can definitely be recommended!
