The popular Haukland beach is located about 15 minutes from the cabin. Leknes town, airport and hurtigruten ferry a short distance from the cabin. If you want to try your luck in the rich fishing waters of Vestfjorden, boat rental is possible. In the months Jan-April the famous Lofot fishing is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and most abundant fishing village.

It is located at the end of the road and therefore there is no car traffic past the cabin! Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the view, with sun from morning to evening🌞 Good opportunities to go hiking nearby, or try your luck fishing. It is situated a 10 minute drive from Leknes and the airport. This cabin is in the middle of a peaceful and quiet and private area with own parking and hiking close by.

It is situated on two floors, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 1.5 baths, well equipped kitchen and open plan living rooms with spectacular views. You will love our place because of the location, the view, and the tranquility. A warm welcome in an extraordinary setting awaits you.

Cozy Original Rorbu with sauna and hot tub

One of the very few original fishermen's cabins still around. It is more than 150 years old, but has been re-done and is in very good condition. The timber walls offers genuine ambience, yet the cabin also offers conveniences such as a sauna, bathroom and modern kitchen. The rorbu is most suitable for a couple or a family with 2 children.
