My accommodation is ideally located 25 minutes from Poitiers , with its rich architectural heritage, 30 minutes from Futuroscope,and less than half an hour from many sites such as,The Valley of the Monkeys,The Planet of Crocodiles,The Giants of Heaven,Défiplanet,etc. You will love my accommodation for its calm, serenity and its location in the heart of a beautiful countryside offering beautiful walks on foot or bikes. My place is perfect for couples,families, solo and business travelers.

Adjacent to our property, on a closed and secure plot, independent accommodation of 42 m2 not overlooked, composed of a central room with a kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Krups coffee maker, kettle, toaster) a bathroom with separate toilet, a bedroom (new bedding), and private terrace where you can relax. Ideally located for a stopover during your journeys on the A10 motorway. For a couple, with one or two children (Bultex sofa bed)

It is possible to walk directly from the house along the Vienne through a path that leads to a small church on the banks of the river. The Genouse Sheepfold

We stayed there for almost 2 months as part of our sabbatical. We felt welcome right from the begging of our stay. We really liked the look of the house and enjoyed the surrounding peaceful and spacious nature. The house and the kitchen is well equipped In particular, we particularly appreciated the washing machine - very useful for a family with small kids :) During the colder days, we were heating up with the fire-place - the owner was providing us continuously with the wood supply. While we liked the accommodation, we think that we enjoyed even more the communication with the owners. We talked a lot about the region and France. We got to know the whole family and they even shared with us a few traditional regional dishes on Easter. The owner took us for a walk into the surroundings forest. We are very grateful for such warm welcome and hosting.

The location was ideal and very easy to find . The accommodation was spacious and each room had a theme . The kitchen had everything we required , tea , coffee , milk etc. The outdoor seating area was covered and great to sit in . Bike storage was easy . We would stay again . One night at Nicolas's in this perfectly furnished studio on his property. I came for a sports competition so I needed calm and the accommodation was perfectly suited to my needs. Everything needed for cooking, washing and resting was available. Even if it's a sofa bed, its size is large and the mattress comfortable so no worries. The only downside could be a stay in summer with high heat but it is always possible to leave the windows open.
