Historic house from the 13th century, part of old fortress. Decorated mainly with antique furniture. Plenty of space, awesome views, lovely garden and large private saltwater viewing pool. The house is suitable for several generations or friends. The house is located in the small town of Denice at the top of a mountain. In the city is a restaurant. Shopping is 3.5km away. Public beach 60 minutes by car. There are excellent hiking, biking and running options in the area and plenty of space for relaxing and cozying in the house.

Gilles is an easy contender for the kindest man in France. Let alone his hospitable acceptance and overall welcoming spirit. The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. There were four of us for a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior furnishings are simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. We used the heating in the evening given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season period. Very responsive and helpful host.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We spent the holidays over Christmas and New Year at the apartment. Adriana welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always immediately on hand for any questions or problems. The location of the house is ideal, a nice terrace overlooking the sea and city, maximum 10 minutes walk to the promenade. The outdoor area is completely fenced, and therefore ideal for our dog. We had a pleasant stay at Marie's with our daughters. The accommodation is cozy, well-decorated and well-equipped. As for the outdoor setting, it invites you to relax and contemplate the panorama that is available to you. You can't get enough of it. The accommodation is also well located: not far by car from a supermarket and the city of Menton and its beaches. Thanks to the hosts for hosting us. We recommend it.
