Vacation rentals with beach access in Giulianova

We loved our stay at Lucia's apartment. The amenitites were as described in the listing with accurate photographs and the accommodation was extremely comfortable. The surrounding area had great shops, restuarants, and bars for evening meals and drinks. There is a supermarket 25 meters away from the aparment which was so convenient if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal. We felt very relaxed and at home. It was superb! Lucia was always there to help us if we messaged and the apartment was very easy to find with clear instructions for the use of the apartment, parking, local restuarants, and attractions. We are grateful for Lucia's help and would love to stay again! Thank you Lucia!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Alessandro in Pescara. Aardige host, behulpzaam netjes en vriendelijk. De ligging is perfect, tegenover het strand en een paar minuten fietsen naar het centrum. Wij zouden graag een keertje terugkomen.

we spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in Pescara. from the first moment on, Raffaele was super helpful and actively communicating with us. the apartment was very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. also the kitchen provided everything necessary. The only little minus is the noise from the street which is a bit busy. but with windows closed it didn't bother us. we loved the time in Pescara and felt very at home in the apartment. strongly recommend Raffaeles place, he is a great host.

We went to a wedding in a castle near by and had a wonderful stay in the condo. We loved the location and view of the sea!! Thank you all so much!!

Lauras Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Modern, geräumig, traumhafte Aussicht in bester Lage direkt gegenüber des Strandes an der Promenade auf der reges Treiben herrscht die jedoch sehr wenig befahren ist. Fenster sind Schalldicht und die Klimaanlage ausgezeichnet für heißere Tage. Der Balkon bietet viel mehr platz als es die Fotos vermuten lassen und Lauras herzliche Gastfreundschaft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können das AirBnB wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Muy lindo apartamento, súper cómodo y limpio, a pasos del mar. Tiene una terraza maravillosa! Ellos son muy amigables. Sugerencia… deberían poner wifi ya que no tiene y cuando estás viajando es muy necesario. Pero lo recomiendo mucho!

Het appartement is prachtig! Wel een paar trapjes lopen. Het balkon is fenomenaal, prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. De strandtent van Riccardo was wel open, maar de stoelen en parasols komen pas 1 juni. Wel een heel gezellig terras met lekkere drankjes en lunchgerechten. Je loopt er zó heen uit de flat. Het appartement was heel comfortabel, lekker bed, goede douche. Alleen de keukeninrichting zou wat vernieuwing kunnen gebruiken, met name de pannen. Goede wasmachine en ik heb zelfs in de vakantie staan strijken met de aanwezige strijkplank en het strijkijzer. De buurt is heel keurig en rustig. Kortom, dit appartement is echt een aanrader. noi (due adulti e tre bambini) abbiamo molto apprezzato la piscina, l'ampio spazio dell'alloggio, sia dentro che fuori,la presenza di giochi per bambini, la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto, l'uso gratuito di morbidi asciugamani per piscina/mare, l'uso gratuito di due ombrelloni e quattro lettini in prima fila sul mare di Grottammare . Inoltre Andreea e Markus sono stati degli ottimo host, presenti e disponibili e ci hanno fatto un'inaspettata sorpresa, per festeggiare il compleanno di uno dei nostri bambini, anche grazie a loro la nostra vacanza è stata molto bella. Consigliamo sicuramente host e alloggio!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

siamo stati ospiti di Sabrina perchè i figli erano impegnati in una attività sportiva alnpalsport di Montesilvano. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tutto in ordine e pulito, cucina ben attrezzata, parcheggio auto riservato. Tutto perfetto.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questo incantevole luogo, accolti da padroni di casa molto accoglienti e mai invadenti. Gli spazi esterni sono gradevolissimi e ben curati, con angoli freschi e ventilati che offrono una piacevole vista sul mare e sui trabocchi. Giulia, Mimmo e Francesca sono stati calorosi e premurosi, ci hanno consigliato un sacco di posti da vedere, ma purtroppo riuscire a fare tutto in così poco tempo non è stato possibile: quindi ci ritorneremo molto volentieri! Comodo parcheggio riservato e ombreggiato.

Appartamento davvero accogliente e pulito, in pieno centro a Pescara: la posizione è perfetta per muoversi a piedi e godersi la città. Il check-in è stato super semplice, con modalità di accesso pratiche e senza complicazioni. L’host si è dimostrato gentilissimo, molto disponibile e affidabile, oltre a essere flessibile con l’orario del checkout, cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Consiglio assolutamente per chi cerca una soluzione comoda e senza stress nel cuore di Pescara.

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

Great quiet beach location. Perfect for us. The bikes were helpful for getting to Grottammare and going on rides along the sea. Very easy bike ride. The beach is a couple block walk and so is a grocery store. Simone and Rita were so nice and the house had all we needed! My son and I had a great time. Thank you for leaving us coffee and milk to start our trip!

Five-star experience, excellent apartment all around. Close to the city center and the wonderful Molo Sud. Perfect also for mobile working with fast internet. Don’t forget to ask Gaetano for restaurant recommendations, you will be delighted.

I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care that Carmelina shows for the comfort of guests. The amenities were perfect, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. Short distance to the beach (5 min walking) or public transportation (3 min). It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return when we have the chance again!

Christian war ein zuvorkommender und tolle Gastgeber. Er hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Tolle Lage um Pescara zu erkunden. Wohnung entsprach genau den Beschreibungen.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Excelente departamento, grande y cómodo, volvería. A tener en cuenta que NO dispone de conexión a internet, luego todo lo demás perfecto.
