I'll start by saying that Roberto is a polite and very helpful manager, with whom you can build a good relationship of mutual trust. The house is very beautiful, it is built in stone and inside it is completely renovated brand new, so no matter how hot it was and it was 25 degrees in the house, you could breathe and live very well. We didn't need to turn on the fan! Fortunately, we found basic things such as: oil-salt-products for the washing machine and clothes pegs to dry clothes on the balcony. The only "negative" thing is that the house is located in a historic center mainly consisting of steep climbs, so we who arrived by public transport, had to climb every day, it took us about 10-15 minutes to get to the house (from Piazza Colombo) I advise you not to arrive or leave on Sunday because there is almost no working transportation: taxi-uber-bus-shuttle. We give it a 10!

My partner and I are two paragliding pilots. We had booked for 4 nights, Pietro's little house is very close to the center (two steps). We parked the car practically under the house. It was easy to reach, Pietro provided clear directions, In the house we found everything necessary and even more (sugar, salt, oil, pasta, coffee) although we did not use it but it was so nice to find everything, because the small attentions make the difference. Very comfortable mattress, internet works very well. Back was a responsive host. We had a beautiful experience, we will definitely be back 🩷

Great place from an amazingly welcoming host. Cozy and at home. All kitchen utensils are available. Clean fresh linen. Extremely enjoyed staying in this apartment. Katio is always available, responds quickly to messages, met in person at check-in and provided all the explanations about the location of shops, pizzerias, personally guided to the super market. Highly recommend Katio's apartment 🤓

Five days of "doing nothing": reading on the benches, walking around the estate, cuddling the sweet dog Seven... how wonderful! All with the comfort of fresh and clean air and set in the kindness and care, never intrusive, of the hosts. Comfortable structure at its best and equipped as well as possible. Absolutely to be repeated.
