Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature on the outskirts of Salzburg. 75 sqm loft apartment built in 2023 on the organic farm "Edtgut" farm! Cozy and modern, newly built! A private sunny roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and a dining table for 4 people! Bathroom with shower, freestanding bathtub, large kitchen island fully equipped, 2.40 m king size bed and a pull-out 1.80 m sofa bed are located in the open living room! The toilet and storage room are separate rooms!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The heart of this old furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tiled stove and kitchen in winter, and plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory is inspiring. The barely used side street also offers additional peace. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for a ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschlsee.

The area is very rural, the apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor), quiet, undisturbed. Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax well near Salzburg and still be immediately in the center of the action by car. Supermarkets are very quickly accessible, Lake Wallersee is within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and exploring Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and Königssee are also within easy reach. Also easy to do with public transport.

With us you will stay very centrally but also in the countryside with many excursion destinations nearby and the Salzach bike path just a few meters away. Beautiful well-kept apartment with old parquet floors on the first floor of a house from 1938. The apartment consists of a bedroom (bed 180 cm), living room, bathroom and cloakroom. A cozy arbor is available in front of your entrance door. The apartment is furnished as I like it when I am a guest: In the wardrobe there is space for two large suitcases, there are many ways to hang things. The atmosphere is colorful, individual and playful.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The View – modern, idyllic, unique

Though located in pure nature, this appartement is only 4km away from the center of Salzburg. Close to this place you can explore the beauty of the region "Salzkammergut" with its mountains and lakes. A special highlight of this appartement are the two terraces - at one you can enjoy the sunset with free view to Salzburg city and the other offers a panoramaview to mountain Nockstein/Gaisberg.
