Excellent guesthouse, perfect for a family that wants a peaceful and relaxing holiday. George was extremely friendly and always willing to help. The place was spotless, and the geothermal system worked perfectly. As for the view, words are not enough to describe it. Thank you very much, George, we will visit it again at the first opportunity.

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

Fantastic villa in panoramic quiet area with a great view. Very comfortable rooms with comfortable closets, impeccable kitchen fully equipped, nice living room, delightful terrace overlooking the sea, generally very nice house!!! The pool is impeccable, for young and old children, very clean, most enjoyable! We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful villa and highly recommend it! Thank you so much for hosting.

This was our second time here, and it was as good if not better than our first. George was again the consummate host - friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive - and the accommodations themselves were so comfortable. Anyone can create a stay for airbnb. The point is that few combine the excellent space with personal passion and Yannis is really one of them. The house was perfect and much better than the photos. It is the ideal place for families with children as the lawn-maintained outdoor space shows that Yannis has not left anything to chance. The space is level with no stairs and completely safe for children. The interior has no furniture with dangerous corners and the kitchen area is tall for the data of a child 3-4 years old so there is no access to plates glasses knives, etc., making the kitchen very safe. Yannis is friendly, communicative and completely discreet. He will help you and will gladly inform you and show a person who does not chore. Both he and his wife Lily have built a space that exceeds expectations and makes you feel lucky to have chosen him

We had an amazing stay at Katerina’s lovely house. The village is charming and has excellent taverns. The weather was quite cold so we also spent a lot of time in the house which was super cosy and had a great fireplace to keep us warm. The kitchen is also very well equipped and nothing was missing to prepare food for the whole family. The area is very lovely, preserved from tourists with a lot of nature around. 100% recommended.

We had an excellent and comfortable stay; the house is very beautiful, with a great view and made with very nice taste and measure. The location is very convenient, next to Mystras , very close to Sparta and other picturesque villages and taverns and at the same time isolated and in nature. Exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful landlords, well-kept property with a small number of stone cottages, not far from town and beach. Climbing and hiking paradise, breathtaking surroundings, pretty town. Cultural activities to Monemvasia, Mycenae, Nafplion possible. Absolutely recommended!!!

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

A great place where I spent a quiet night. 15min walk to the city center and not far from the exit of the city. Maria was very responsive! I highly recommend it!

The property is in a quiet environment the bedrooms are very comfortable, a prominent advantage that the pool is built inside the house and can be used in any weather and prevents the entry of insects. The space is not large but gives value and pampering.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four. Our children spent most of the week in the pool! The views were absolutely stunning and the villa was clean and well equipped. Aircon was much appreciated too. Gail was an attentive host, quickly responding to messages I sent her and happy to answer any questions we had. We were very sad to have to leave at the end of the week!

We had a wonderful week with our 2 children in Efi's apartment. The location is beautiful, sunrise in bed, absolute tranquility, 10min walk to a beautiful beach and great pool in the complex. Efi is a great hostess and was very accommodating, the service provided by her housekeeper was great. An absolute tip for climbers, the climbing areas of Leonidio can be reached in less than 15 minutes. Thank you we would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay. We had the ground floor apartment of a three storey property where Stathis family resides- even though this was the case, we had our own privacy to the grounds and the pool. The family were extremely lovely and we hardly saw them. The property was spotless and the grounds were extremely beautiful and peaceful with the fruit and herb trees surrounding the property. The kids had a great time in the pool. We loved our stay and we loved Kalamata!

A fabulous place, with lovely rooms, great facilities, a sunny pool, sea and sunset views, and warm hosts. From the very friendly and helpful first greeting, the family made us feel right at home. We did a lot of cooking and loved eating meals on the balcony area outside the kitchen. Everything is simple, including parking. The bedroom is gorgeous, with views and a little balcony. Highly recommended place in wonderful Kardamyli.

Quite an amazing place perched on the side of the mountain with beautiful views. It is very private and we found it very quiet and peaceful. Very nicely fitted with everything you need. We would have loved to eat on the terrace but temperatures were too cold as expected. A very nice and clean place to stay.

Villa corresponding to what we were looking for in this area: well equipped, quiet, clean... Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool because it was too early in the season. We'll be there again. Thanks Gerald.
