We were greeted with smiles and felt very welcome. It was clean and cozy - total rural idyll and cozy. Clean and lovely linens. There were towels and chocolate on beds. We're set to book with Ebbe again👍😁

It is a daunting task to briefly review my experience here. I can only compare it to the glowing warmth of old Christmas memories as a child. This 'glowing warmth', this magic, is childlike wonder. With years, the wonder subsides for the means to create it for those younger, and opportunities to experience it for oneself are increasingly sparse, if not mostly forgotten. Here, I was reminded of childlike wonder. On our final morning in Denmark, I watched the sunrise over the capital city, wishing to return to Søgaard, Haarby, its bakery, Faaborg, and its windy shores. Somehow, just four days ago, I was at a place that already felt like a distant, cherished memory. All the directions for checking in and out were clear. The apartment is very well-decorated and lovingly-kept. The beds and chairs were quite comfortable. Birgith, the wonderful host, had great recommendations for places to eat nearby. I recommend taking a walk on the nature paths. There are exciting things to see! Thank you!

I was looking for a simple place to stay, but it was pretty, clean, and quiet. Everything was as described, and was very nicely decorated.

We had a great stay at Rita’s apartment with our 15-months-old son. From the very beginning, Rita made us feel welcome by providing detailed information ahead of our arrival and personally showing us the way to the apartment. She had even warmed the space on a chilly day, ensuring we felt cozy right away. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable one night stay. Rita’s thoughtful touch of preparing a third pillow for our son - who indeed joined us in bed later that night - was especially sweet and much appreciated. Overall, we were fully satisfied with our experience and recommend staying here. Thank you, Rita, for being such a kind and attentive host!
