House vacation rentals in Giovinazzo

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet viel Platz. Praktisch sind die vorhandene Klimaanlage und die Waschmaschine. Der Pool ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Die Lage ist ruhig und mit dem Auto kommt man schnell in die umliegenden Dörfer und Städte. Auch gibt es wenige Autominuten entfernt größere Supermärkte. Giacomo und unsere Kontaktperson Mina sind sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und haben schnell geantwortet. Außerdem haben wir hilfreiche Informationen zur Umgebung bekommen.

Tolle, saubere gut ausgestattete kleine Trulli Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend zum entspannen und geniessen. Auto zwingend benötigt da sonst nicht erreichbar.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Our stay has been amazing! The host is very welcoming and helpful. The property is clean, very well decorated and furnished. The location in the city center is very convenient. You can leave the car in the garage and enjoy walking through the city. We loved it a lot.!

Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

We had a really relaxing stay in Marta's appartament. Everything was well equipped, clean and we enjoyed the outside area including the pool, lovely sitting area and two loungers. We also appreciate the privacy. Marta was always helpful and made us feel comfortable all the time. We'd like to come back for another time. For future guests, there are some calm animals (cats and dogs) in the yard.

Villa ampia, con tanto spazio esterno e piscina, ottima la posizione. Livio è stato gentilissimo, ma abbiamo conosciuto anche Vito e Valentina che sono stati disponibilissimi per qualsiasi esigenza e ci hanno molte indicazioni su cosa fare nella zona. Da ritornare sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

Our stay in Poliagnano a mare was amazing. Annamaria was a fantastic host and our accomodations was homely, clean and perfectly located. This accomodation was perfect for 3. I will be staying here again !!

Luciana est une hôte très amicale, dynamique et accueillante. Elle vous donnera des conseils et fera en sorte que vous ne manquiez de rien. La maison est immense et on se sent comme chez soi. Le toit terrasse est superbe. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour sur tous les points mais il vous faudra une voiture pour visiter les Pouilles, c'est indispensable car c'est une grande région. Apartament który dostaliśmy różnił się od tego na zdjęciach. Wyposażenie było lepsze niż w ofercie. Była klimatyzacja której w ofercie nie widać. Apartament czysty przestronny wygodny. Kuchnia czysta i dobrze wyposażona. Łazienka czysta z bidetem, wszystko sprawne. Pralka. Brak żelazka. Okolica spokojna, na dole sklepy z warzywami, rybami, alkoholami, kawiarnia. Basen w październiku już nie czynny. W pobliżu ładna zatoczka która pokazuje urok i czystość wody przy spokojnym morzu. Gospodarz miły i pomocny. Miasteczko spokojne, niewiele się tam dzieje w październiku. Do Bari pół godziny autobusem 12 lub pociągiem ze stacji kolejowej oddalonej o 30min. Dobra baza wypadowa do pobliskich miejscowości. Polecam.

Meget god kommunikation med udlejer. Vi havde en skøn ferie i Polignano a Mare, hvor der var en afslappende atmosfære og en smuk udsigt. Stor, anvendelig og meget brugbar tagterrasse. Rummelig lejlighed med stort soveværelse. Boligen er placeret centralt i gåafstand til den gamle bydel, havet og restauranter.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

We highly recommend blue wave and Margherita as a wonderful host. The apartment is located in the old town, everything you need or you want to visit is walkable in a few minutes. Mola di Bari is a very authentic village with an impressive history, nice bars an restaurants and lots of interesting churches. The apartment has everything you need for a stay. We used the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the courtyard for sitting in the sun. Margherita is very responsive, she prepared the apartment for our stay with some nice cookies and beverages. We would be happy to stay here again when we come back to Puglia.

Great communication with the owner. Responded very quick. Valeria welcomed us upon arrivals . The place was in perfect t peaceful place in very short distance to the town. Nice cosy and clean house with massive garden and amazing views to the seaside. Sunrise like this is a dream! Highly recommend. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Valeria!

Eddig közel 20 Airbnb szálláson laktunk, de Carmen háza kimagaslóan jó volt, egyszerűen csodálatos. Nagyon jó és békés helyen, olajfa ligettel körülvéve helyezkedik el, különlegesen szép a ház belső tere, sokkal szebb, mint a képeken. Carmen az eddigi legkedvesebb, legbarátságosabb házigazdánk volt. Történt velünk egy kellemetlenség Bariban és Carmen maximális segítséget nyújtott, úgy viselkedett velünk, mintha családtagok lennénk és úgy is váltunk el. Ha valaki igazán jó helyet keres ezen a környéken, tiszta szívemből ajánlom Carmen házát.

L’endroit est vraiment superbe avec un jardin et une terrasse idylliques. A l’intérieur, le plafond voûté et l’immense salle de bains sont magnifiques et il y fait très bon vivre. Marina et son mari sont aux petits soins, et l’endroit est idéal pour aller visiter tous les sites des Pouilles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous sommes sentis vraiment accueillis par des hôtes formidables. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Ho appena terminato un soggiorno da sogno in un alloggio unico, situato proprio sul famoso e iconico ponte nel cuore di Polignano a Mare. La posizione è semplicemente spettacolare: svegliarsi ogni mattina con la vista sul mare cristallino e il suggestivo paesaggio del centro storico è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La casa è un gioiello di stile, arredata con gusto, con ogni dettaglio curato, offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La location è perfetta: a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, dai ristoranti tipici e dalle bellissime calette che caratterizzano la zona. La gentilezza, la disponibilità e l'ospitalità di Maira hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Nonostante il meteo avverso, relax, confort e soprattutto l'entusiasmo di alloggiare in un luogo così suggestivo hanno caratterizzato questa esperienza di soggiorno unica a Polignano a Mare che non posso fare altro che consigliare a tutti vivamente.

Francesca’s place was great. We were visiting at the beginning of April with the weather particularly cold and windy. Francesca went to great effort to ensure we had fuel for the stove and even switched it on for us when we were out. We’d love to visit a little later in the year when everything is growing as the house is surrounded by cherry trees and grape vines. The house is well furnished, has everything you need to cook, the beds are comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Great! Thanks Francesca.

Bra lägenhet med ingång till det enda rummet direkt från gatan. Verkar vara en vanlig typ av boende här. Lite mörkt men vi tillbringade inte så mycket tid i lägenheten så det gjorde inget. Bra läge i fantastiska Polignano a Mare! Dessutom mycket trevligt och lätt att kommunicera med Francesco! Gav många bra tips! Återkommer gärna!

interesante departamento. en un espacio reducido un lugar agradable y acogedor. los baños pequeños pero en la descripción está explícita, reconozco que sacaron de lugares muy pequeños lugares posibles. el lugar para moverse en Bari es excelente.
