Monthly Rentals in Gingkin

We had an amazing stay over the Easter weekend at this wonderful place. The gardens are magnificent and we had the pleasure of being joined by echidnas, kookaburras and kangaroos within the backyard. The house was spacious and comfortable.

Really wonderful location: breathtaking views, both sunrise and sunsets. Tranquil and very private. The place has pretty much everything we need. It’s clean, cosy and homely. Ryan was very proactive in providing instructions prior to our arrival, keeping us updated when the place was ready before the official check in time. Very glad to have had the pleasure to stay in cottage on the grounds of Wilga Downs!

We had a wonderful time - right from the first moment when we were greeted by Simon’s lovely dogs to our last look into the little birds nest outside the lounge room window. The location and the layout of the place make for a relaxed peaceful getaway from everything. The lack of phone connection was a great bonus - we loved being away from our phones for three days!

Carlos is a super host. He’s very responsive and accommodating. There was an issue with hot water getting cold on afternoons and as soon as I messaged him , he responded very quickly and arranged for a plumber to have it checked out. He then partially reimbursed us as a gesture of goodwill. The place was clean with a lot of nice touches and amazing view.
