Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ginasservis

Clothildes place is absolutely beautiful. very spacious, high ceilings, both bedrooms are huge. all decorated it a very tastefully way. we stayed there with our 2 kids, it fits 6 people with a bed in the attic. The village is tiny, there is 1 restaurant 5 min walk from the house which was very good. some of most beautiful towns are 3-20km drive away. the pool is small but was sufficient for kids and us to cool down in. The guide which Clothilde prepared was one of the best I have seen, we took it with us everywhere we went. book your restaurants in advance as those towns are small and most of the places run 1 service for lunch and dinner. Clothilde was an amazing host, handy where needed otherwise we were left to us. highly recommend this place!

Valérie and Jérôme are welcoming, attentive and discreet hosts. The cabin offers all the comforts you need even in bad weather. We couldn't enjoy the outdoors but we're convinced the terrace must be very nice. Varages is a nice village in a great location for visiting the area. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful stay! Marie Agnès was incredibly kind and thoughtful, paying attention to all the little details that made our visit feel extra special. Communication was excellent—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. She was also super helpful with local recommendations, which really added to our experience. Wow what a fantastic place! The outside space is amazing especially for families with kids because there are lots of activities onsite such as sports, an incredible adventure playground plus trampoline and zip wire. The heated pool is great and well worth paying the extra 50€ to book it for an afternoon. It comes with inflatables and toys which added to the fun There is also plenty of shade if you prefer to sit and enjoy the garden or the stunning views of the mountain, and interesting walks from the doorstep. Lea was so friendly and kind and gave us local recommendations and helpful information. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. The only slight negative to make future guests aware of is that to access one of the bedrooms you either have to walk through the other bedroom or go outside and use the patio door which opens straight into the bedroom, but it’s not a big issue. We will definitely come back !

We had a great time! The house is very pleasant to live in, bright and tastefully decorated, it is very well located: in a peaceful neighborhood, allowing you to spend the day at the old port to the north as well as in the creeks to the south. The sea view terrace (and the BBQ) is absolutely perfect for family evenings. Perfect communication with Michel and/or Raphaël who welcomed us. Check-out is just as smooth and easy as check-in. We will be back!

A fantastic stay. A beautiful home with all amenities in spotless condition, set among the vines and olive trees. Cara was a great host and quickly answer our queries. We highly recommend.

Great stay at this apartment! Very clean, well decorated and perfectly equipped — it feels like home right away. Location. The host was very responsive and attentive, with good tips for discovering the surroundings. I recommend it without hesitating, and would definitely stay again!

The apartment is in a perfect location and there are 2 great restaurants on the same street. What else could you ask for? For parking, it is best to take the Rotunde and the Mirabeau exit, then it is only 500 meters to the apartment. 3rd floor. Lise has a great 'Welcome-book' in which you also get very good tips. Unfortunately, we were only able to visit the 'Grenache' and 'la bouchon' and were thrilled with both (Grenache a little better). The roof terrace is absolutely great 👍👍👍 You can end the day there nicely. Lise was always quick and extremely friendly. We had a great time in Aix and would book with Lise again anytime. So central yet quiet. Definitely avoid driving into the old town!!! There are exit barriers (bollards) that only open with a special card. E

Marielle's place is lovely! Everything is upgraded and modern, and she has provided the comforts you would expect. The place is quiet and has a balcony that looks out over the pool and the lush garden, and even has a view of the sea off to the left. It's a quick walk to town with its waterside restaurants and its shops, and a quick walk in the other direction to get to the beautiful inlet park. Marielle was readily.available and very accommodating. The secure parking and secure residence also provides an additional safety factor that reduces travel anxiety. As someone who travels often and stays in Airbnb's often I highly recommend this beautiful place.

We had a pleasant stay. Nathalie is very responsive. The accommodation was as described, very well decorated, great location on a very quiet street and we enjoyed the coolness of the studio thanks to the very wide stone walls.

We had a wonderful stay at Alix’s flat in Aix-en-Provence! This was perhaps the most stunning rental we have stayed at out of dozens of them. The view from the Terrace absolutely cannot be beat and we ate outside multiple evenings listening to the occasional church bells and birds chirping. The size of the rental was just perfect for our family of 5. The rooms were clean and updated and the bathrooms really nice. The kitchen was sizable and updated and perfect for cooking several meals after picking up vegetables and meats from the nearby market. As other viewers have noted, you do have to climb four stories of steps. But it was extremely well worth it! There are several restaurants and a coffee shop just outside. If we come back to Aix we would definitely stay here again.

Marie’s rooftop apartment in Aix-en-Provence’s old town is absolutely stunning, and made a great base from which to explore the historic city and surrounding area. The rooftop balcony allows you to bask in the sunshine and have a glass of wine while overlooking the rooftops and listening to church bells, all in total privacy! The bed was comfortable, and the rest of the apartment was spotless and well appointed. Highly recommend!

The view from the large balcony was wonderful!! We really enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of the old port in the sunshine. Great restaurants close by and within easy walking distance. A great place to stay, right in the middle of Marseille, we would definitely come again!

Thanks to Laurence for hosting us, her accommodation is very well-equipped (like home), spacious with a private garden and quiet. Beautiful birdsong and no annoying barking. we enjoyed the calm, the Sainte Victoire mountain as well as the hike of the 2 dams (Bimont and Zola). Perfect

Amaury was a very responsive and accommodating host, especially with the arrival time Instructions were very clear and check-in/check-out was very simple The accommodation was as described, its location is ideal for exploring the Verdon. Lots of restaurants/shops within walking distance. The accommodation was very good value for money and was very clean and functional, the residence is quiet, the balcony is a nice plus.

The views from the rooftop are stunning. It's a lovely place to sit and take in the city panorama with views in every direction. We loved sitting up there and watching the sunset. The apartment itself is comfortable and well equipped if you do want to spend time indoors. There neighborhood is nice and relaxed with some lovely cafes just around the corner, plus it's only a short walk to the nearby beach or harbour.

We had a great time at Valerie and Daniel. The apartment has a perfect location and the view is absolutely stunning! Cassis is such a jewel and we would love to back there and to the apartment! Best, Hanna and Jimmy
