This was a great location, not too far from Main Street. Place was clean and had clear instructions for the stay.

Loved our stay here. The house was well decorated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The only downside was that it is on a busy street so there was some road noise and backing out of the driveway was a little tricky. But the convenient location more than made up for it. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Fredericksburg.

Very satisfied with the property to include the back-yard which was perfect for our doggies. The residence was immaculant and felt like home immediately upon arrival. My wife and I will look to this address the next time we visit Fredricksville.

This warm and inviting home with its tasteful colors and interior decor featured attention to detail such as the aqua green tile in the master bath, to the well appointed kitchen, maximized on both beauty and utility. The host provided many personal touches such as baked treats for us, carrots for the deer by the creek, and playing our favorite music over the smart speaker on arrival. The king sized beds in each room provided a rested nights sleep adding a luxurious touch. The comfortable chairs in the living room and the hot tub aided in some great family time and conversation. Jeff is the best host checking in to make sure our needs were met. This was one of best experiences we have had at an air bnb!

What an amazing home away from home! Ashley was an amazing host with a beautiful and cozy feeling space. We were very nearby the downtown strip with lots of cool shops and restaurants and only about 10 minutes away from all of the amazing winery’s in Fredricksburg. The fire pit in the back was such a great spot to wind down from a fun day of celebrating with some s’mores! Highly recommend this host and her home if you’re looking to have a cozy spot to stay in while enjoying everything Fredricksburg has to offer. Thank you Ashley!

A welcome sign awaited us on the table once we arrived with a basket of chips. Home was beautiful, quaint, and peaceful. The backyard was a place to hang out with plenty of sitting. The swing was a hit! We appreciated the binder with the details for our stay, with all the pamphlets to go through of options to do in Fredericksburg. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would book again.

Amazing place! Beautiful scenery everywhere. The house was perfect for our girls trip. We enjoyed sitting on the porch while watching the deer. The house was clean! Bedrooms are a great size! AC was wonderful! Plenty of places to sit and talk.

Perfect setup for our bachelorette! There were fresh cookies waiting upon our arrival which was was so sweet. Host was easy to communicate with and check out was a breeze. Great experience!

This was the most memorable stay away from home. You can absolutely tell the ParcBlu was curated for relaxation, connection, and peace. There were so many thoughtful details within our container stay that I appreciated so much from the playing cards, pickleball paddles, extra blankets, waters in the fridge, and bluetooth speaker. The grounds are also beautiful with inviting hammocks and soothing wind chimes. Paul and Jay, this place is a gem and I can’t wait for another opportunity to stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay. Didn’t get to see the stars because it was storming at night, but the place was amazing.

Even before we step foot inside, Danielle was the most incredible host. She was very communicative, flexible and accommodating. The place itself is incredible! The pool is gorgeous and the photos don’t really do it justice, there was also a working hot tub. The kitchen is excellent and equipped with everything you would need and there’s also a grill. I totally Loss over the fact that there is an incredible soaking tub on the top floor! The top four bathroom is huge, and the perfect place for a group of girlfriends or a family to get ready together. Everything about this place was wonderful and I will actually be coming back again someday because I loved it that much.

Had a wonderful time here! Quiet, secluded, beautiful. I like to explore, so there was a lot to explore. Had 4 friends, and we all enjoyed our sleeping areas! A tip to know if you’re gonna cook, the stoves are not the most effective for massive meals. But we made do and it wasn’t a issue! (Definitely use the grill) Our host was fantastic and kept us updated throughout the trip including a later check out time, which we all enjoyed so much. Thank you for allowing us to stay and relax for the weekend!

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The property was even better than the pictures – clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel special. The highlight for me was definitely the pool and hot tub. Both were spotless, well-maintained, and created the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The host was outstanding – friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The space was cozy, the bed was super comfortable, and everything I needed was right at my fingertips. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful pool and spa, Leonardo was very responsive turning on spa and fixing a tv issue almost immediately.

Loved this place and would stay again. Felt very much like a home away from home. The ranch and the sheep were so cool, and at night I could see all the stars. Hope to return!

This was a wonderful retreat for our family. Comfortable and well situated for hiking, wine, adventures, and shopping in town hosts were communicative as needed. We will be back!

Highly recommend staying at The Martinsburg! Clemens & Audrey are fantastic hosts who are so accommodating and friendly. The homes at The Martinsburg are the coolest tiny homes that felt secure, private, and cozy. Clemens & Audrey fill the home with thoughtful details, with everything you could need, down to dog bowls and dog treats if you indicate that you'll be bringing your pets with you. The retreat really immerses you into the charm of Fredericksburg, with local recommendations and even locally-sourced soap used in the home.

We chose this place for our daughter's surprise engagement. Monica met with us months ahead of time to scope out the place for beautiful pictures and plan the weekend festivities. She was helpful every step of the way and even the weekend of. she coordinated weather updates and made sure everything was as promised. This place is ideal for small weddings or events. She has 3 different places to stay at on the ranch for multiple families. So many places for photo ops or locations to hold the wedding/reception depending on the size. our house was charming, supplied with everything we needed including a cool place to enjoy the hot tub. the drive to the Trade Days was just a few minutes. after a long day shopping downtown this place makes for a wonderful girls weekend. to top it all off monica brought us bfast for each day. some of the best cinnamon rolls and biscuits we've ever eaten. you cannot go wrong staying at the Monarch Ranch! it is truly a hidden gem! thank you Monica!

This has been the best experience I've had staying at an RV. Kevin's place was spotless! Everything inside and outside the RV was super clean and tidy. Beautiful amenities and enchanting touches that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Kevin got us an excellent bottle of wine. Thank you for that wonderful gesture! The place had a very well-stocked kitchen, and extremely comfortable beds (they smell lovely!). A wonderful and cozy atmosphere. My family and I appreciate Kevin's responsiveness and helpfulness during our stay, particularly because he provided quick responses, helpful local tips, and made check-in/out processes smooth. Excellent communication from the host! And we loved his helpful local recommendations - great wineries and restaurants around the area.

A clean, simple cabin. A comfortable bed. Excellent AC. A nice refrigerator with freezer. Easy to find. Excellent parking. We will stay here again if it is available.

This location was an unbeatable value for staying in the Fredericksburg area. My daughter and I enjoyed easy access by car to hiking at Enchanted Rock and shopping downtown. The camper was cozy and well-equipped so that we could cook a couple meals and unwind away from the crowds. The hot tub was not working during our stay, but the host was very good about communicating about the situation ahead of time. Overall I would definitely recommend this stay for a great value in the hill country!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Josh and Haley's farm! The peaceful location just outside of town was exactly what we were looking for—a perfect escape to relax and recharge. The property is beautiful, with a charming small farm, a thriving garden, and wide-open skies that made stargazing unforgettable. Josh and Haley were warm, welcoming hosts who clearly love their home and surroundings. They gave great recommendations for nearby wineries and local restaurants, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought and care into creating a comfortable and inviting space for their guests. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with a touch of country charm and easy access to small-town gems, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!!
