We had a ton of fun at this adorable and perfectly designed cottage. It's perfect for a girl's trip, has everything you need, great location, great amenities, and adorable inside. The hot tub was perfectly warm, we loved the jets. Everything in the cottage is place "just so," showing how thoughtful Lori and Mandy are as hosts. All the furniture and beds were comfy cozy. We had such a great time!

We throughly enjoyed our visit to Fredericksburg and our stay at this cutie house! Location is close to downtown while still having a private, neighborhood feel. Also loved that each bedroom has a king bed- perfect for couples, along with great living room space. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Karen's! We came to Fredricksburg for a short girls trip to celebrate finishing law school and this place was perfect! Karen was super communicative and helpful in finding restaurants and things to do. The house was clean and exactly as described. We got to use the hot tub during a small cold front. Many memories were made here!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Eight of us went for my bachelorette and it could not have been more perfect for us. Everything looked exactly as pictured and was somehow even more comfortable than we expected. Tisha gave super clear instructions on everything from check in to check out. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. We all agreed that we wished we were staying for a one more night. A huge plus was the get ready room. That’s just pure genius. We’d all honestly stay there again in a heartbeat and take more advantage of the fabulous outdoor space.

The home was spotless and beautiful. The host was very responsive and kind, made us feel right at home. Plenty of board games to play as a family. Backyard was a nice hangout spot with the hot tub and corn hole. We would not hesitate to book again!

This was the perfect getaway to celebrate a birthday. We were wanting to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend if you are wanting a place to unwind but still short drive to downtown and all of the activities.

Before I get to pros and cons, I want to stress that we really loved the Hilltop Hideaway! It was cozy and beautifully decorated. It is cute and rustic, and includes numerous western style decor items (ex: vases, horseshoe inspired items, a deer head on the wall and some animal pelts and other rugs on the wood floor). Everything we could have needed and more was somewhere in the cabin. So please keep reading all of the way to the end - I know how much reviews help me decide where to stay, so I want to hit on the main points. Pros: Extra towels, sheets, soaps, were plentiful. The deck is huge and gorgeous! It includes a 2-3 person hot tub, a bar table and chairs for two, a pair of rocking chairs, and a bbq grill (we did not use the grill so I can’t speak to how it works). The deck was pretty perfect, spacious and private! The kitchen counters are marble or granite, the kitchen has a wide farm sink. There is a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, electric stove, kuerig coffee

Loved this stay for a small group of adults! The pickleball court is an amazing amenity to have. Beautiful home and surrounding areas, with a location close to town. It is right on a busy road, so maybe avoid if you are seeking a remote, noise free stay. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend this stay to any group of adults. I would avoid if you plan to bring younger children, as the stairs would not be ideal for young ones.

This was by far the best air bnb experience. Everything about this place is perfect. Our cottage was so comfortable, smelled great, very clean, even had the hottub on and ready to go for us. We got to feed the longhorns and enjoy the amenities during our stay. Everything was beautiful about this place. The beds were just as comfy as the other reviews said. We will be back in the future to stay at Vale Ranch. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

It is the 2nd time we have stayed here, this time with some friends and their dogs. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and took advantage of all the amenities, backyard games, and the hot tub. Small issue with the coffee maker the first morning but it was handled quickly. Loved the airbnb being dog friendly and not too far from main street.

SipSipHooray was perfect for our 2025 Girls Roadtrip to Fredericksburg. My sister, niece and I had a blast shopping like crazy and wine tasting for 4 days and 3 nights. We appreciated the living space particularly in the evenings after an early dinner, and watching romcoms together. The hot tub was pristine but we only used it the first night due to sunburns from outdoor wine tasting. Thank you Amber for sharing your place and for helping us out with finding gluten friendly options in the area. If you are an ice cream aficionado, do not miss Austin Creamery, a block off Main on W. Austin. We’ll be back!

Really a great find for a stay just north of Fredericksburg. Very clean and great setup, perfect for a family of 4. Neat loft area for the kids, and plenty of room all around. The main office area has a really nice pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, and plenty of amenities.

Stayed for a couple of nights with our three boys. The cabin was definitely the highlight of our stay in Fredericksburg due to the animals and the joy it brought our boys. Suffice to say, the animals ate very well those two days. Beds were comfy and the cabin had everything needed for a short stay. We will definitely choose this location again if ever in town.

A great, quiet home for 2 couples. The area was very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The outside seating areas were just as clean as the inside. I never saw any cobwebs or spiders. The chairs were free of dust and didn’t need to be wiped off before I sat down. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for your home, the bottle of wine, snacks, and plenty of coffee!
