Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Follow the Fyrstien towards the old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from which there is a breathtaking view. Annex in Helsinge overlooking fields and forests

This natural gem is located north of Helsinge in Kongernes Nordsjælland overlooking open fields and forests. It is 200 meters to the forest where there are good chances of going mushroom hunting or just taking a walk in the beautiful nature. It is very common for forest animals to walk right outside the windows. For example, it can be roe deer, fallow deer and red deer. You can charge your electric car with us. We have separate electricity meters, so you will be charged according to the daily rates found at other public charging stations.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is located in beautiful, quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum River. From the house, there is a view of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where there may sometimes be someone. The house is beautiful with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from a beautiful sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, SUP, campfire, bicycles and fishing rods. New WILDERNESS BATH and ICE BATH are available for a fee.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.

There is everything you could wish for with 3 beautiful wooden terraces, so you have the opportunity to follow the sun from early morning to late evening, as well as an outdoor bath, outdoor kitchen and even a shelter if you want to be closer to nature.

Sommerhuset med havudsigt ligger 140m fra vandet og har privat stigang direkte ned til stranden med lækker badebro. Huset har en yderst fredelig beliggenhed på 1250 m2 stor skøn naturgrund for enden af en lille blind grusvej. Sommerhuset er på 58m2, lyst indrettet med højloftet stue. Der er både varmeblæser og brændeovn i huset.
