Peaceful, relaxing, & all the comforts of home. Lyvie’s home is super-clean & very comfortable- plenty of room to relax & unwind. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Lyvie is a wonderful host w/ excellent communication from booking thru checkout. She thought of every detail to make us feel welcome & have a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked w/ everything we needed; there’s plenty of space & comfy seating inside & on the screenporch; the beds/bedding/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the clean, peaceful & well-maintained community pool. Lyvie is so thoughtful,& clearly cares about her home & her guests. She went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay, she really thought of everything so we didn’t have to. The location is great- the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet & serene, we could even hear the wind blowing thru the trees. And, you can drive a few minutes & be in the middle of the ‘action.’ If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Steve place was exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay for a few days during bike week. Plenty of parking , great location to stores and restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern and cozy condo stay in the mountains of New Hampshire just a stones throw from many restaurants and activities. The room was well appointed with quality linens, comfortable (brand new?) beds, and minimal-modern furnishings. We had a great stay and enjoyed many of the onsite amenities including the hot tub, game room, and community lounge.

This place was such a great stay. Finding it was easy, the neighborhood was gorgeous and clean. Christine had a genius way to indicate where to park with chalkboard signs and what door to use the same way. Then inside had clear instructions about quiet hours, amenities, emergency info, and check out reminders, etc. Stairs and halls were clean and easy to navigate. No issues being on the third floor at all. The large windows allowed a great breeze and sunlight during the day and the quiet house allowed for great sleep. Ample linens and supplies. Highly recommend.
