Monthly Rentals in Gilbertsville

A perfect escape from the city. We went up for Memorial Day weekend – 3 couples, 2 babies. The photos do not do this place justice! It is extremely spacious and comfortable. The house has lots of charm and sits on a beautiful, peaceful corner in Gilbertsville. It has none of the generic airbnb feel you so often find in upstate rentals. The kitchen was nice and big so we could cook meals together and there's a large dining table we were all able to eat around. We grilled, sat around the fire pit. One night it rained so we sat in the living room listening to records by the indoor fire. In the mornings we walked to the nearby bakery for a cup of coffee and some of the best pastries I've ever had (seriously). We booked at the last minute and John was incredibly accommodating and helpful – and had some great local tips. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time at Kailey's place in Unadilla. I tried to book last year but the dates I needed were not available, so I was sure to book early this year. I stayed at this cabin to attend a SCWK trial in Otego, only 10-15 minutes away.... What a coy place Hilltop cabin is......a fenced deck off the bedroom is a plus and there is so much land to walk around and the pond is lovely....very quiet, although there are a few houses around but I never heard anything but nature! Kailey was an accommodating hostess, reaching out various times to make sure everything was acceptable and that I was able to unlock the lock box and get into the cabin.....The kitchen is very well equipped and the shower was delightful! I would definitely recommend this cabin to others with no hesitation. Thank you, Kailey, for such a memorable stay.....

We were very happy with this cabin. Even more attractive than the photos. The dogs loved the backyard. We grabbed a pizza from the local pizza place, which was really delicious. We only spent one night here as we were traveling through, but if we ever need somewhere to stay in the area again, this would definitely be our first choice.

I am leaving Missy and Chris’ Airbnb thoroughly impressed. I stayed at the apartment for about a month and Missy and Chris took every opportunity to make me feel safe and comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had every possible accommodation one could need. Missy graciously left local goodies at my door after I spent a weekend out of town. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chenango, whether it’s for a weekend or a month. Missy and Chris are very professional, accommodating and I cannot thank them enough.
